Overall a good hotel. Affordable price. We were here with my wife. The breakfast for 1000 tenge was good. I also liked the squirrels on the ground floor. If we arrive in Aktobe, we will stop again.

It can be improved: the bathroom needs mats because the tile floors are cold and slippery when you get out of the shower. And poor noise isolation, you can hear farting (and not only) in the next room.
The score of 3 is even high, but the very friendly staff makes up for it. So this is a great appreciation for the service.
And the breakfast is the best of all the hotels I've been to.

The classic evolution of the caravanserai. Cheap and simple "Moldovan" repairs. Clear. Politely. The breakfast is monotonous and simple, but kindly hospitable.

I'm not an expert on squirrels, but such frequent stereotypical movements in animals are clearly not normal! Therefore, only three points.
Otherwise, a normal inexpensive guest house. The only thing I didn't like (except the poor squirrels) this is not the most comfortable mattress, in which the spring mesh painfully digs into the ribs.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and now. Nothing has changed. The rooms are tired and have not been repaired for 10 years. The tiles on the floor are broken in some places. The pressure in the shower was weak. It begs to be updated. I took a room with two rooms. There is a water cooler in the room. Conditioner. Ironing in the corridor. The TV was showing channels in poor quality. But the "Golden Toilet" is uplifting)). Three-course breakfasts, a small selection of dishes.

Overall, it is clean, but the bathroom, designed in the style of the Turkish sultan's palace with a golden toilet bowl, which has seen the best of times, personally depresses me, and it is not very comfortable, to put it mildly!
