We arrived at the hotel for a week, and the impressions are simply incredible!
The territory of the hotel is quite large. Very beautiful interior design, there is a dining room and several separate restaurants, a children's center, a gym. There are four pools, one of which is from 14 years old. Each pool has a bar where you can enjoy cocktails and other drinks.
The food at the hotel is very tasty. There is a buffet and a wide variety of food in the main dining room. There are many different salads, snacks, meats and sweets. Chef Ahmed Atta prepares delicious pasta and omelet live. I really liked the grilled crabs that are in the dining room almost every day. We even tried marlin fish.
The staff is very polite and friendly, they will do everything to make the guests feel good. Dancing concerts and discos are held every evening. Animators entertain guests, participate in discos and hold other activities like exercise, yoga or something on the beach.
The beach by the sea is also good, there is a bar, sun beds with umbrellas. There are several piers where you can swim in the depths. There is a diving center near the beach, we took a dive for half an hour with an instructor. As soon as we got off the pier, the coral reef began. With the instructor, we dived to a depth of 6-10 meters, there are a lot of corals, colorful fish of different sizes, and we saw moray eels.

Nice clean hotel, large territory with interesting zoning, excellent chill-outs for relaxing holidays, places for activism, 3 delicious a la carte restaurants (Indian, Italian, American-French cuisine), 2 warm children's pools, a wonderful kids club, diving center. Very polite, hospitable staff who tried to anticipate your wishes) lots of greenery on site, beautiful views. The restaurant has food for every taste: vegan, fish (perch, salmon, etc.), shrimp, crabs, beef, lamb, a large selection of fresh and cooked vegetables (fried, stewed, steamed), fresh fruits, freshly squeezed juices, delicious coffee, milkshakes. We just returned from Sultan Gardens and were absolutely delighted! It was an unforgettable stay, and I confidently recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for quality service, great food and stunning sea views.
The hotel is located in a great location, with magnificent sea views and convenient access to the beach. The reef is just amazing, we've been snorkeling every day - I can't stop!
The territory of the hotel is huge, well maintained and very beautiful. Lots of pools, greenery, and cozy places to relax. Walking around the territory is a pleasure.
The food in the hotel is beyond praise! A large selection of dishes, everything is fresh and delicious. Special thanks to the chefs for the theme nights and the variety of menus.
Staff: Excellent service! All the staff is very attentive, friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to the animation team for the entertainment and good mood.
The rooms are clean, cozy and well equipped. Cleaning was carried out daily and efficiently.

I stayed at this hotel from 03/29 to 04/11/2025. Positive: room service, beach service, restaurant service. The staff is attentive and courteous. The food satisfies all the needs. Clean and large beach, convenient access to the sea. The room was cleaned every day. The entire territory of the hotel is cleaned. I went to two restaurants with my family: Indian and Italian. I liked everything. Animators plow every day. I had a vacation in Barona last year. I liked Sultan better.

We had a great rest at this hotel.
Special thanks to the most cheerful lifeguard, Hassan Gamal, the kindest bartender, Eslam A. Rahman, and of course the most hardworking Mohamed Roddy.
The hotel will be very pleasant for those who like to eat delicious and varied food, in addition to the main restaurant there are three a la carte restaurants: French, Indian and Italian. We were in each three times - they cook very tasty. In an Indian restaurant, a chef from India will surprise you with authentic Indian cuisine, a French restaurant in addition to the menu will delight you with a light sea breeze and wonderful music, and in an Italian restaurant you will discover a new taste of long-familiar dishes.
The main restaurant probably has the best cuisine of all the "fives" I've been to.
The alcohol is of high quality, albeit local. For money, there is alcohol of world brands.
The room stock is excellent, we rested in the Family Suite - a spacious two-room room, no comments. The cleaning is of high quality, all wishes are taken into account.
The beach, the sea, the living reef - all for 5 points, there are enough sun beds for everyone, the reef is beautiful, the beach is clean, service is present.
Almost all the staff at the hotel speaks Russian, and those who do not speak understand. 80% of the guests are Russian-speaking, mainly from Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan.
The animation is normal, a variety of shows and games take place all day. The evening shows were pretty monotonous - we didn't get in.
If you find fault, then of the cons:

The hotel is super. We stayed at the hotel from 07.11.24 to 20.11.24. A huge beautiful territory and a very well-groomed territory - all in flowers and greenery and the same huge beach with a length of 350 meters ( there are only a few in Egypt ) - with sand where you can sunbathe and swim with small children, and there are also two piers for descending ( I note that it is very short to the beginning of the reef ) where miracles took place and there was all the beauty of the local fauna after diving into the sea to explore the underwater world along a very beautiful reef with an incredible variety of rare fish . The staff is very friendly, who looks you in the mouth and is ready to respond to all your requests instantly, the waiters in the restaurant are on top - not like in Turkey - they are lazy there. Everything works like a Swiss watch. The food is very diverse, there is a huge selection of seafood every day - squid, shrimp, octopus, crabs and all this in huge quantities, meat there is also for every taste - beef, lamb. The animation is great in the evenings, but only for 7 days and then repeats, I would like more variety. We had a rest at the beginning of March in this wonderful hotel, the impressions were the warmest and most positive. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Cleaning was carried out regularly, the staff is attentive and always ready to help.

There are 3 swimming pools, 2 heated. There are bars with drinks and ice cream everywhere. There are bars with drinks and food on the beach.

We had a rest from 02.08 to 08/13/2024, two adults and a child of 5 years old, in a standard + comfort room with a sea view.
The territory of the hotel is large, a variety of pools (for children and adults), a lot of greenery, as well as a taftaf (bus) runs through the territory, which can take you to the beach / restaurant / near your room of residence.
The room is spacious, mini bar - drinks (cola, fanta), water. Subsequent replenishment of the mini bar for an additional payment.
There is a variety of cooking in the restaurant (they did not have time to try everything), there is a choice for children- French fries, nuggets, soups, porridges, even chips. The child will not stay hungry.
The animators are super, starting in the morning / afternoon and evening, involving both adults and children in entertainment.
The children's playroom is good, you can find entertainment for a child of different ages.
A big plus of the hotel is that both the room has air conditioning, and in the children's playroom and of course in the restaurant, there are air conditioners everywhere (outside the temperature reached +41 degrees during the day)
Well, the trick of the whole holiday is the sea!)) Clean! It's warm! Walk along the pier and plunge into the sea, and you can see corals, fish (different). We bought a swimming mask in advance, but you can buy or rent it at the hotel.
I would like to say separately to the caretakers of the pools, these are young people who look after the order and safety of both adults and children. They will not let a child (for example, 120 height) enter a 150-depth pool without armbands! Only with them, even if he is with a parent and "my child can swim. " There were moments when I really relaxed by the pools, not thinking that something had happened to my child.
According to the drinks, everything is fine, only the white wine has not gone))))))
It is better to book excursions with a guide. We borrowed from the barkers at the hotel. From the list of what awaits us, in fact the quality is 3/4, the expectations were higher. If the organization of the tour is delayed by 5 minutes, as a result, 30 minutes of delay will pass.

We flew according to the fun&sun concept. I really liked the hotel. The food is super - beef, lamb, quail. Grilled crabs, octopuses, squid every day. Coffee beans in the lobby and on the beach in the 18+ zone. The reef is very beautiful - if you swim from one pantone to another, and not wallow at the pontoon). The sauna and hammam are also free for fun&sun guests. We went a couple of times, but to be honest, it's already asking for repairs. And another nuance about the beach - due to the fact that the terrain is mountainous, the sun sets very quickly - at 15:30 it is no longer on the beach. Well, personally, I would like more greenery and flowers - I do not understand why bougainvillea is planted, and then it is ruthlessly cut, not allowing it to bloom.

I visited Egypt for the first time back in 2003... since then I have visited Sharm many times and only this year I received a truly five-star service at this hotel.
Everything is perfect, from clean rooms to restaurants. According to the F&S program, additional nice things, a separate restaurant, a separate bar on the 2nd floor are all. The water is warm in the pools, some are warmer, some are colder, but it's better to go swimming in the sea, it's incomparable there)) the staff works 100%, if there is any wish or request, then they do everything at once. You should not count on animation or compare it with Turkish, it is only developing here, but local animators (Egyptians) are trying very hard, constantly coming up, gathering people, arranging something and moving themselves, which cannot be said about the animators of the girls

Booze is not elite, of course, but 24 hours a day. Russian Russian animators, by the way, understand Russian well, the staff is very friendly, they fuss, they clean everything at once, if anything is needed, they will help. The territory is well-groomed, there is no garbage at all, in my not particularly sophisticated opinion, everything is perfect. 5 pools, a small water slide, basques of different depths, all heated. Everything is green, everything is trimmed, the beach is cleaned, there are 2 entrances to the sea, a stationary pier and a floating one. The reef is probably one of the best on the coast, the hotel has a diving center, but expensive, I would recommend the center from the neighboring hotel. The rooms are not new, of course, but clean, tidy, bed linen is changed when necessary. In general, the number is also without complaints, norms. Everyone loves tips, 1-2 bucks is the norm and you will be licked by all the staff all day long.
In general, to summarize, if the budget allows, I recommend 100%.

Animation for children is only on Saturdays, on other days there is a disco for kids in the evenings. In the evening, the amphitheater is closed, as well as the bar next to it, there is no show. Once a week, a magician performed for 30 minutes and a dance show for 30 minutes. It's a big minus for a hotel of this level.

We had a vacation in March 2025. Just a vrstorg. The Russian-speaking staff was pleasantly surprised. Everyone is very friendly. I really liked the staff's attitude to safety - the first day in the pool, our children were watched until they were convinced that the children could swim. The cuisine is amazing and varied.
There was a question about the operation of the air conditioner. We contacted the reception, and the issue was resolved within 15 minutes.

Great hotel, great food. Lots of pools. The staff is friendly, and if you can say a few words in Arabic, they will be your friends for the duration of your vacation. The territory is large, well maintained, clean.
The reef is a figgy one. Of course, you will see many different fish, especially if you swim from pier to pier. The hotel has 2 piers. But not many people dare to do this. And between the piers, the reef gets better. It's really bad near the piers.
If you are going to Egypt for snorkeling or diving, it is better to find a different hotel. And if you're just going to relax, swim, relax, and at the same time see what kind of fish there are in the sea, then I recommend it.

In my review, I could describe for a long time the beautiful territory of the hotel, manicured gardens, spectacular shows, wonderful animation, delicious dinners.
But that's not what I'm going to write about. Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond the control of the hotel, I came across the fact that I needed the help of its security service. And it was provided at the highest level. I want to say a huge thank you to Marina, the administrator, and the staff who worked on the night of March 7-8, 2025: security, Italian restaurant staff, reception staff, night manager; on March 8, reception administrators and the employee who provides towels at the North 38 pool. In an emergency situation, I was fed, warmed up, supported, and kept safe.
In this hotel, responsiveness, sincere hospitality and human warmth that cannot be faked are evident at every step; anticipating the needs of the guest. Much more is being done than is the responsibility of the staff and more than is expected from just good service. Not every hotel has it, regardless of its star rating. The waiter who took the order was more concerned about talking to someone else than us, as a result, the wrong dishes were brought to the child that they ordered, the drink was never brought to the child. We wanted to drink good wine, of course, for an additional fee, the prices are indicated on the menu in local currency, we had no idea what the exchange rate of the local currency to the dollar was, so we immediately asked the waiter for the price in dollars, as a result, at the end of dinner the price was twice as high. It turned out to be a very ugly situation, after which a catastrophically unpleasant feeling remained. Naturally, we insisted on paying the price announced earlier, and all the staff made puzzled faces and said, no, the price is like this. As a result, they hissed at us not to pay anything, but then we were completely outraged and left exactly the amount that was originally discussed. The feeling is disgusting, I must say, the impression of the vacation has deteriorated greatly.

I liked the hotel. The room is clean, cleaned every day. The reef on the beach is gorgeous. There are plenty of places on the beach and by the pool, you can always find free sun beds. There is a bus running around the hotel, you can easily get to any point under the roof hiding from the scorching sun. Drinks in bars were made quickly, it was not necessary to wait long. As for the food, there is a lot of it, but you need to try to find what you will like, you will definitely not leave hungry. Another plus is that it takes about ten minutes by bus to get to the hotel from the airport. Overall, I liked the hotel and my family and I would love to come here again.

From the very beginning, she showed incredible care — she helped organize a trip to the hospital and provided the necessary mosquito wipes. I was amazed by her promptness and attention to our needs. In addition, she immediately found a way to send medicines to the hospital, which allowed me to restore the health of my child and my husband faster.
I especially want to mention small but very important points: I immediately felt empathy and caring from Hannah. She also helped to return the inhaler, which is very important to us.
Her kindness and willingness to help made our stay more comfortable and peaceful. Thank you so much for your professionalism and responsiveness! We recommend that anyone who is planning a vacation in Egypt, do not hesitate and seek help from this wonderful representative!
We liked the whole hotel. We all got sick, and of course it left a certain imprint, but getting to know such caring staff calmed us down and helped us.
Tugan's children's room was saved, the child did not want to leave there at all, the animators are constantly coming up with activities for children.
The 2nd floor for Russian speakers with a children's corner, morning smoothies and delicious treats became a pleasant bonus.
