A great city hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul for a few days.
The location is good - within walking distance from the main attractions of the city. The street is quiet, you can sleep peacefully.
You need to be prepared for small rooms, but it is unlikely that you will sit there all day. The rooms are clean, there is carpet on the floor. There are slippers too, but we didn't have bathrobes. The bed linen is snow-white, towels are changed. Breakfast is normal for a hotel of this level, no one will stay hungry. Coffee from the vending machine, who cares.
The service is good - they solve all problems the first time. Amina, the receptionist, understands Russian.
All official photos correspond to reality, so I'm not attaching them.
We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. Wonderful, caring and attentive staff. The hotel is small, the staff knows everyone by sight, will answer any question, and will help with the organization of excursions. Amina's girlfriend speaks Russian well and another young man speaks it well too. In addition to breakfast, tea and coffee with cookies are offered in the afternoon and evening, we did not go according to schedule, but as we could. The range of dishes for breakfast was sufficient and varied for me, no one eats breakfast like that at home. The location is very good, in the historical center, the street is quiet.
The economy class rooms are located in the basement, the windows are high, despite this, the rooms are dry and warm, the floor is heated, there is no smell. The room has shampoo, balm, gel, slippers.
I was satisfied with my vacation. I recommend the hotel.
Great location of the hotel, near the center of the district, metro, tram, Istanbul attractions. Continental breakfasts, tea, coffee, and desserts throughout the day and evening. I advise a boor, they will take you and bring you, an hour of pleasure is 55 euros. It is convenient to get to shopping malls by metro. It's better to take a ride on the ferry yourself, it's cheap. Buy a transport card on the very first day, it is very convenient to use it to travel by metro, tram, ferry, bus. We ordered a transfer from the airport to the hotel, costing 50 euros, but it turned out to be cheaper than 35 euros. The reception staff is young, nimble, speak Russian, and work well. The room cleaning was bad, but they didn't complain. In general, I recommend it.
