A great city hotel if you plan to visit Istanbul for a few days.
The location is good - within walking distance from the main attractions of the city. The street is quiet, you can sleep peacefully.
You need to be prepared for small rooms, but it is unlikely that you will sit there all day. The rooms are clean, there is carpet on the floor. There are slippers too, but we didn't have bathrobes. The bed linen is snow-white, towels are changed. Breakfast is normal for a hotel of this level, no one will stay hungry. Coffee from the vending machine, who cares.
The service is good - they solve all problems the first time. Amina, the receptionist, understands Russian.

We stayed at the hotel in January 2025. Wonderful, caring and attentive staff. The hotel is small, the staff knows everyone by sight, will answer any question, and will help with the organization of excursions. Amina's girlfriend speaks Russian well and another young man speaks it well too. In addition to breakfast, tea and coffee with cookies are offered in the afternoon and evening, we did not go according to schedule, but as we could. The range of dishes for breakfast was sufficient and varied for me, no one eats breakfast like that at home. The location is very good, in the historical center, the street is quiet.
The economy class rooms are located in the basement, the windows are high, despite this, the rooms are dry and warm, the floor is heated, there is no smell. The room has shampoo, balm, gel, slippers.
I was satisfied with my vacation. I recommend the hotel.

The hotel is excellent, clean, cozy! They will bring everything you need for life. The water pressure is good, the plumbing is all working. TV, air conditioning, refrigerator. The staff is as friendly as possible! There are those who speak Russian! The breakfasts are excellent, the choice is excellent. There are salads, vegetables, fruits, pickles, omelets, a bunch of cheeses, bread, drinks: tea, coffee, lemonade, juices.... A lot of things! The excellent location of the hotel is near St. Sophia Cathedral, the embankment, a quiet street. Breakfasts - there is always plenty to choose from, a large selection of cheese, vegetables, snacks. The room is all right, we lived on the second floor, comfortable beds, normal pillows, clean and everything we need for living. We will be happy to come back again!!! The hotel is located within walking distance to Istanbul's main attractions, in a quiet and uncrowded location. The rooms are small, but very cozy and clean, they have all the necessary accessories for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts are delicious and quite varied. Snacks are available at the hotel throughout the day. The staff is polite and attentive, there is a Russian-speaking staff.
We stayed at this hotel in mid-January 2025. If we are in Istanbul, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great hotel! The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. The excellent location of the hotel on a quiet street, within walking distance to Sultanahmet Square. The room is small, there are shampoos, gels, soap.toothbrush and toothpaste, slippers. Tea and coffee bags, which were brought daily. The staff is friendly, helping to resolve any issue. Knowledge of English is required. Russian is understood a little. The rest was great! I recommend this hotel to everyone.

We have been staying at the hotel since November 11, and we were settled quickly. The ball room was ordered standard, it turned out to be on the (-1) floor with half windows at the sidewalk level. The room was heated with air conditioning, it was fresh, as I had to open the windows due to an extraneous smell in the room (dampness or something else).therefore, doubts have crept in that this is the standard . The food is not bad, there was enough for breakfast, Some of the staff knows Russian.

I really liked the hotel. The location is right in the center near the walls of the Kop-Kop, near the tram stop (7 min), the room is clean and cozy. The room was small. There is a kettle, cups, tea bags, water. The rooms have an electronic system instead of the usual "Do not disturb" papers, please clean the room, etc. The staff is very friendly, they speak Russian. The breakfasts are good, without frills, but there is everything you need, of high quality.
Of the cons: there is no towel rail in the bathroom and there are not enough hooks to hang clothes and towels. Bed linen with synthetics in the composition, the sheet is small, moved out. But still, 5!

I recommend this hotel! We took a suite with a view of the Basfort. The room is not big, but very cozy. A gorgeous mattress on the bed. Tea, coffee maker. And most importantly, the hotel staff are great fellows who find an approach to all tourists from different countries!!! The location is very convenient! And the area is not noisy, I would say a very cozy place!!! I would have come back again!

I liked the hotel. It is located in the historical part of the city. Very cool location, we didn't use a taxi at all, we got to all the sights on foot
but! The only disorder is breakfast. Buffet, a small variety of dishes. Vegetables are not only not edible, but even sometimes with mold. Of the drinks, only water, the rest is diluted powders. The child ate almost nothing except boiled eggs. It's very frustrating, but we didn't go to Istanbul for breakfast.
Very cool staff, they helped with everything. Even when it was necessary to visit the hospital: they helped with insurance, with a transfer. They were always very friendly and respectful. We travel a lot, but this is the first time we have seen such a warm attitude towards guests
I strongly advise you, he will not come back again!

The location of the hotel is ideal, in the historical center, but at the same time far from the noise. It is located near the walls of Topkapi and all the main attractions. Going down a little, there is a great embankment, and if you need transport, there is a tram stop near Sofia. A huge plus is the terrace area near the hotel. The staff is friendly, young guys. They always help )
Out of whims: I didn't really like the breakfasts, it was tasteless. Coffee and drinks are yuppie. Chemical )
The hair dryers in the bathroom barely dry. But this is a problem for many hotels.
I did not reduce it for this, because they did not spoil the overall impression.
For an additional fee, they took advantage of washing clothes, the staff took them away-they brought everything clean during the day.

There was an order for room sharing, the card did not pass, after which they offered to pay with cash at the reception.
The check-in was given a non-deluxe room, but an ordinary small room and they say there is nothing else and this is a deluxe room.
After the scandal and swearing with the booking, the room was suddenly found!
But it was too early to rejoice! Ants appeared in the room on the second day!!! This is zvezdets comrades! Ants in the bathroom and at the head of the bed! Not one, not two, not three, but a hell of a lot!
What an apogee! A week after check-out, a complaint came to the booking office so that we did not check into the hotel at all and now we have to pay a fine equal to the cost of living!
I STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST IT!!!

A normal hotel for a couple of days. We had a room on the same floor with the reception at the end of the corridor, the room is small but beautiful, panoramic windows, clean. The hotel itself is close to the sights, but there is no noise from the street. On the downside, the walls are very thin, you can hear everything both from your bathroom and from the neighboring rooms, the breakfasts are tasteless, I only ate bread with melted cheese and tea.

I was at the hotel on October 23-24. Very helpful staff, good breakfasts. About the number. Clean, cozy, condey. But when ordering, they do not say that the windows are at ground level. It wasn't very important to my friend and me, but it hurt. We heard at the check-out how one woman was arguing with the receptionist that the view was not the same and the bed was one for two, although she ordered two beds.

We vacationed as a couple in July 2023, there was a room without a balcony with breakfast. The indicated price tag at the entrance is from $ 100 to $ 180 per room per day. A good hotel for your money, as well as a very decent buffet for Istanbul. The staff is friendly and friendly. The rooms are cleaned efficiently and every day. A special advantage is its location, it is in the very center of the historical part of the city. The sights and the promenade are just around the corner. We booked the hotel in advance through biglion. Due to the sanctions, a friend with a different nationality was asked to make the payment. We arrived in Istanbul very early, so we couldn't check in. At the reception, they checked the availability of the reservation, offered to leave things and go for a walk, which we did.
By 14.00 we returned to the hotel hoping to take a shower and relax, as we had been on the road all night.
But at that moment, the administrator told us that he could not debit money from someone else's card. It is unclear why then the booking service allows you to do this? And why didn't it turn out in the morning when we arrived?

The room is small, the beds are probably 140 cm wide. two adults are not enough. The bathroom is combined and the smell is not very good. Apparently there are problems with the drain pipes. The staff is very helpful. But .. They're being fooled.. Coffee was offered. We ask - cook - ‘yes'. We go down to where there is breakfast, there are no coffee machines, he puts instant coffee and pours boiling water. The breakfasts themselves are disgusting.
