Not bad, but a little bit tired. Food is somewhat boring but acceptable. Location is near the road, but if your travel by car, it's not bad. They have bike rental, though no electric bikes, and some bikes have problems with gear switching.

The Sultan Plaza Hotel is located in a wonderful location! The beautiful landscape from the hotel window is an eternally green forest. The most honorable air makes you come back to this hotel again and again. Clean, spacious rooms. Spa. Swimming pool. A restaurant with polite staff. with delicious food! I recommend visiting with the children!

I will write about the pros: if you like solitude, or are afraid of a large number of people, then you are definitely here, not that there are guests here, there are almost no staff here. I think we can invite Stanley Kubrick to film the second part of The Shining. Although according to reviews, it seems that the occupancy rate is 100%. This is unfortunately the end of it.
Cons: Check-in is cleaned with bumps if you have a sedan, then be sure to hook the bumper.
Food - they paid for a buffet and got a Soviet canteen with the first and second without the right to choose what to eat.
The room was taken as standard, there is a smell, the bed creaks, the cleanliness in the room is like in a coal mine, they also asked for a playpen for a child, the playpen is all covered in yellow spots, no pillows or blankets come off. I had to beg everything from the receptionist at the reception to be given and changed.
Sauna is trash! an employee walks around eating sober. It is not clear how the water is treated, my youngest child was poisoned after bathing there (I had to go to the children's hospital at night). The itching on the skin still does not go away, the Hammam is dirty, sun beds with holes where long-term dirt is clogged.
And at night, the movie Ong Buck is resting here, there is a life-and-death fight in the corridor at 5 a.m., and figs understand who is fighting, there are no guests except us. We just thought that we wouldn't be demolished here at the same time. In the morning, the blood was assessed at the hotel entrance. In the morning they ate and ran away with the money, although they returned it for the remaining days, they had some 30% withheld there. Fortunately, thanks to the scandal, they returned the full amount for the remaining couple of days.
Bottom line: it's a shame for the time and money spent on the road, the health of my child. I had to go back to my city because the child was very ill, we stupidly rode 1000 km.

- Beeline does not catch at the hotel. Calls only to Vacap;
- Wi-Fi is not available everywhere in the hotel (it does not catch 😅 in the toilet), Wi-Fi also works intermittently in the room;
- breakfast. Breakfast for three. You won't starve to death, but on the third or fourth day you will want variety, but there is none. There is no cook in the hall who could simply fry scrambled eggs or omelets.
What just killed me was the champagne bucket that was on the floor and water was dripping into it from the ceiling. It's scary to imagine what will happen if at least one drop gets into the food, and the chances of this are very high. After all, the ceiling flows between the hot table and the table with vegetables and fruits;
- the beach. There is no private beach. Stomp your feet to Lake shchuchye 600-800 meters. If you go at night, then take a flashlight, there is no lighting. Girls with topographic cretinism are better off not going out at all at night, you risk not returning until the morning;
- lounge area and banquet hall for the Mint franchise. Due to the poor Internet, it is difficult to pay the bill using a smartphone (apple/Google Pay). Closes early. Inside this dance floor, renovation and furnishing Ala 90s in the suburbs. The food is surprisingly delicious, but we took snacks;
- prices. The price tag for accommodation bites. 354 k tenge for two days for three;

- Borovoe. It takes 30-40 minutes by taxi to Borovoye if there are no traffic jams. We were on a weekday. The price of a taxi is 4000 tenge one way.

- scenic path by the lake;
- Lake Shchuchye itself is very beautiful. The water is unusual. Locals say that the water in the pike lake is cleaner than in borovoye;
- there is no playground;
- awesome nature and the view from the window. Everything is in the pines.
As a businessman, I understand that it is quite problematic to maintain and develop a business with a short season. Here I think that the season is three months, hardly more. Any businessman wants a return on investment. And if the season is short, then you need to earn a lot of money in a short period.

Not a bad place. A cozy hotel, spacious, clean, cozy rooms with good furniture and fine clean linens. There is a minibar with adequate filling and reasonable prices. The interior of the hotel itself is entertaining, incomprehensible and disjointed. Somewhere with a taste for the classics, sometimes high-tech, and somewhere simple and inexpressive to sad wretchedness. The kitchen is not bad from the "middle to the half", but the service is certainly a sore spot. Of course, for the sake of objectivity, it should be noted that this is a problem of many Kazakhstani institutions. The location of the hotel is also not "ice". Two roads are adjacent to the territory. But the territory itself is not poorly thought out with some idea of its own, which could not be solved. A lot of additional services, a nice clean pool, gym, etc. Bar, karaoke, disco. In general, this place did not cause delight, in other respects, as well as rejection. The price is reasonable. I recommend it for a holiday without "claims".

We booked through booking, checked in before 14:00 without any problems, friendly staff. a clean, cozy room, bathrobes, slippers, towels as everywhere, a safe, a minibar (for a fee), water, a kettle, teas in the room, accommodation based on breakfast, but we did not eat lunch and dinner there, because it seemed expensive. You can rent bicycles for 2500 tenge/hour. The pool is included in the price, but we did not visit, there is a Mint bar nearby with live music and a disco. Location along the road between Shchuchinsky and Burabai. It's a beautiful place.

Visited on June 14-15. The room is large, clean, large comfortable beds. There are all accessories in the room, bathrobes, slippers, shower products, cosmetic kit, used 2 liters of water, tea bags. The hotel corresponds to its level. The rooms are cozy and clean. There is a spa, 2 restaurants, on the 1st floor there are Buffet breakfasts, lunches, dinners. By the way, everything is included in the room rate. Lunches and dinners are a good assortment and delicious. The location is beautiful, surrounded by forest. There is a guarded parking lot. There is also a restaurant Mint Borovoe with a summer terrace. Good service, smiling staff, the reception is working quickly. I recommend the hotel to have a very good level of interior service, everything is on the level.

A gorgeous hotel. The family room is large, two rooms,the room has glasses, a kettle, water, tea bags, a safe, a mini bar (it is paid).Meals 3 times a day , buffet , everything is very tasty and satisfying, and for every taste, and sweet and salads and fruits.there is an ironing board with an iron on each floor, which is very convenient if you need to iron something and for free)).on the 6th floor there is a children's room with slides, the child was happy. Gym , all the simulators are new, super.The pool is closed, large, hammam, it was very hot there))The territory is guarded, there is a Playground near the hotel.Our family really liked the hotel, and now we recommend you to all our friends.We rested and got high from the service.You are great fellows, keep it up!!!

In general, it's not bad, very good. We stayed with a family of 2 adults and 2 children in a suite for 4 days with full board.
Pros: excellent staff, excellent condition of the hotel in general and the rooms in particular, a good pool, hammam and spa, around the forest, it is very easy to breathe. Next to the Mint lounge, it's a pleasure to smoke in the evening after sunset.
Cons: everything is not smooth with the buffet - steamed vegetables that were for lunch were also served in the evening, already steamed to dust; pasta dried to a crisp, rice is also cooked, there is nothing left to eat an hour before the end of meals. For the sake of truth, not all dishes are bad, for example, the kazan kebab was gorgeous, but it feels as if the chef cooks only a couple of main dishes and they are wonderful, and everything else is cooked by it is unclear who and how. There were also interruptions with cold water in the room. There is practically no Beeline coverage (maybe it's for the best ;-). There is a busy and noisy road nearby. The 2 elevators are not synchronized. One night at 3 o'clock some drunken incompetents shouted obscenities and fought in front of the hotel. It is advisable to arrive by car, since there is nothing but the forest nearby - swimming, excursions, shops and so on are not within walking distance.
I painted the disadvantages not because everything is bad, but because there is something to work on and get better. But I'm pretty sure I'll be back here again. Collectively, there are not many better places to relax in Borovoye than Sultan Plaza.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The hotel itself is in a coniferous forest. We had breakfast on the terrace, I really liked it. I forgot my things - the hotel staff sent them to the required address at my request. I liked the spa, the pool with cool clean water. If the hotel staff reads: "guys, we need to do something about the restaurant." The menu seems to be quite good. But. I did not like the serving and quality of alcoholic beverages. It is very difficult to call it the "sultan's palace" even in a drunken stupor. A former Soviet boarding house of the Ministry of Internal Affairs with an updated number of rooms. Food for 2 stars no more, there were spoiled tomatoes in the vegetable salad.
Spa is not a spa, to put it mildly! Just a pool like in a sauna and a hammam for 3-5 people, where usually 5-6 children only in the season. There are no changing rooms and, as a result, unsanitary conditions.
If you do not know the concepts of the word Service and Quality, then you will definitely like it here.
