Plus one: proximity to the historical center (but it doesn't matter much if the basic need for sleep is not satisfied).
Minuses:
Oak beds, it is very uncomfortable to sleep.
We lived in a room next to the reception and because of the zero sound insulation, every step of the staff around is like a blow to the head.
On one side of the room there is a staircase to the basement along which the staff walks, on the other side of the room there is a staircase of the courtyard along which guests walk, on the third side of the room there is a reception where someone constantly leaves/arrives all night.
An unpleasant smell from the toilet and the inability to open windows.
1. Convenient location, proximity to the historical center (near the Registon).
2. Hospitable hosts who are ready to help.
3. The proximity of grocery stores.
4. Clean (good linen).
Cons: short shower; small patio (a little noisy if vacationers are sitting).
A wonderful small hotel in the city center. Near all the sights. Very polite and helpful staff. Cozy rooms. Good breakfasts. The hotel has everything you need to stay. A cozy courtyard where you can sit with a small company. The hotel deserves high praise.
