The restaurant on Karbysheva is in the same complex with the beer restaurant Fessla. Convenient from/to the airport. The kitchen, service and serving are at a high level. I recommend the salad with beef tongue to those who want to eat from one dish, it is very satisfying! The style and music are very suitable for a Georgian restaurant! Well, another thing is that you can also order from the Fessla menu. Come and have a delicious meal!
Once we had dinner with the family. Everyone highly recommended and visited this institution more than once.
But this visit was upsetting.
It was cooked well, but Caucasian cuisine was also tastier. But the staff, the waiter who served us, is a complete failure. Set the table when ready, and remove it when asked for the bill. Sitting all evening among empty plates, some half-eaten dishes is such a pleasure. Complete inattention to the guests, and for what 10% service in the bill is generally unclear. No one demanded to wipe off drool and blow into the n-place)) but it would be worth doing the base.
We were a company in Suluguni (4 people). We ordered 3 glasses of beer each, a brewer's tray, several khinkali and a terrible salad. They gave 30 thousand for everything. It seemed expensive to me, but in general we did not sit badly, the cheerful company helped out.
I didn't like a lot of things:
1. Four sauces are served in two sauces. It is not clear whether they are too lazy to wash or broke half of it. But this tasteless red sauce mixes with the normal one, and the normal one also becomes not very good.
2. The salad "vegetables with beef" (I don't remember the exact name) tastes bitter. Beef looks like some kind of minced meat, and all this, instead of a normal dressing, seems to be strewn with flour.
3. A brewery, which for some reason has greatly reduced the choice of its own beer.
4. And finally: out of 4 people, they brought normal plates to everyone, and dirty ones to me. It clearly resembled traces of the highest ketchup. He did not call the waitress, moistened the napkin with beer and wiped it himself.
In general: two or three years ago, the same salad was very tasty, there was more beer and cheaper, the sauces were separate, and the beer set could be chewed with your teeth rather than soaked in your mouth.
I decided for myself not to come here anymore. I left three stars, not one, just because of pleasant memories. It was about the sixth or seventh visit, and the worst of all
