Nice city hotel. It costs adequately, the staff is friendly. We had a large two-room suite, everything is ok. But I saw straight mini rooms, I was not impressed. Plus the smell, apparently there was smoking. Passing through for a few days is a great place. Antique Side is a 15-minute walk away.

We were in this hotel from 4-12.09.19. The hotels are all good, clean, cozy, the staff is good, they know Russian well, it's quiet.The food for a 3* hotel is fine. Well, the beach is very far away, 3 km to walk along an abandoned path and along the shore on the sand and with transport is not organized, 2 flights in the morning, 2 flights in the evening.If you leave at 9.30 am or 10.30 am for lunch, you will come 3 km on foot, and after lunch you will no longer have the strength to go to the beach 3 km again.You won't even find a sip of water on the beach.In the evening, they pick up 16.30. and 17.30. The bus does not arrive at the time, you stand at the stop for 40 minutes under the 38 * sun. In general, the Zummer Roze hotel has no sea, no beach. We arrived, got settled, we ask where, how to go to the beach? They sent us by pointing straight and to the right, not far 7-10 minutes to go. And there the road is steep, as if you are walking through a landfill for 40-45 minutes. And the beach is shared and there is nothing there. A great cozy little hotel! WiFi is everywhere and free, the cook generally works wonders! Everything is clean, the staff is responsive. I recommend it! We were there with the whole family and were very satisfied!

The rooms are cleaned and towels are changed, if you're lucky, then once a week. There is no glass or plate in the room, the TV is mute, but shows as many as 5 channels. The doors to the rooms are made of cardboard, if you lean on them, you can break them down. The territory is more or less clean, but there are a lot of cats that climb on the tables at which you will have to eat. Unpleasant smell, near the kitchen, during lunch especially (pleasant) you can feel it, so it's better to eat at the farthest table by the pool. The food is monotonous, there is practically no dessert for tea. I tried beer once and didn't finish it, wine too. Minibuses go to the sea only twice 9-30, 10-30. Back at 16-00, 17-00, which is very little. Walking distance to the sea is about 1.5 km, 20 minutes walk, but it's to the sea, and it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the free sun loungers from the hotel, about 2.5 km. Wi-Fi is almost not working throughout the territory.

An excellent small family hotel👍👍👍 vacationed there in September, for two adults and two children an excellent large room👍 one is not enough air conditioning only in the bedroom. They feed well, they didn't stay hungry, mostly chickens.

Far from the sea, but we knew it initially, the rooms are cleaned every other day, or even yes. The food is delicious, but the same thing and not pp, of course) there is one sweet dish and everything is not delicious. There is no declared playground. There are no complaints about the hotel, it is a three-piece. Everything was ok with its stars

A very pleasant hotel. A family-run hotel with a very welcoming approach. Good cuisine. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea slowly.
