On the C grade, it doesn't pull anymore. Although he positions himself as 4 stars, which is very doubtful. And interestingly, it is on the Yandex map, and on the Google map, the building is there, but when entering the hotel, it throws the building to another place, closer to the sea, a huge inaccuracy.
We had a vacation in September 2021, with a company of 6 people. We occupied 3 rooms. It's a pity, because of the pandemic, everything got confused and we bought a hotel before departure already (in a week), all normal hotels have already been dismantled. Upon arrival, we realized that the hotel was packed to capacity. We were settled on the 6th floor, Russians are settled there and we understood why. There is a roof on a slope and in the room there are beams and a curved roof on a slope. Everyone who came to the room from friends, they beat their heads))) We had to live there.
There were pros and cons, about everything in order.
Cons:
- Wi-Fi is only at the reception, and that is very bad. You can send and receive videos for hours. The problem was especially when checking in for a flight, you need the Internet, but it does not pull and is interrupted. Although, even for video communication via Whatsapp, it is enough. When more people use it, the connection gets worse.
- Smoking is allowed. And besides, there are a lot of Germans in the hotel, and they smoke all the time. The common room of the restaurant is stuffy. But if you sit outside by the pool, it's even worse, because everyone around is smoking. But even if you sit in a restaurant closer to the window, they are opened so that it is not stuffy and the smoke from smokers goes into the restaurant. They have not heard about air conditioners in the restaurant or are saving money. Eating turns into a gas attack.
- Room cleaning is so-so. Firstly, they clean up every day at their own time, which is impossible to guess. Cleaning comes down to changing towels. At most, the sheet will be turned over for you. As there was a stain at the very beginning, so this sheet lived to leave.
- There is no blanket on the double bed in the room for two people, there is only a large towel. But what about those who are not traveling as a family? We had 2 colleagues with us, who were not very satisfied with this. There are no normal blankets or even bedspreads, just a towel.
- The hotel has not heard about hospitality. In the sense that if you have a birthday at the time of arrival, then you will be ignored. As is customary in normal hotels, you will not see champagne or a gift in the room. Although during the stay, Germans were congratulated with a birthday cake 2 times at dinner. Apparently Russians are not as important to them as Germans.
- The elevator was working properly, it's going pretty fast. But one day it started to glitch. I refused to take someone at all, but I took most of them up to the 4th floor, we lived on the sixth and had to walk 2 more. Perhaps it was a one-time breakdown. But they can't fix the problems quickly, the elevator has been buggy all day.
- Alcohol is disgusting. We tried beer, wine, gin. Beer and wine taste as if diluted with water. Although I definitely saw that the wine was poured from a bottle. There are three types of wine, white, red and pink, in fact it is the same, all wines are dry. At the same time, our friends were vacationing in another hotel, went to visit and tried their alcohol, so it is much better. Indeed, compared to the beer and wine from the friends' hotel, our alcohol was disgusting!
- All the purchased excursions are very far away, so after ordering, get ready that you will have to travel for many hours on the bus. Also, be prepared for the fact that the main part of the tour is promotional arrivals, where you are bred to buy unnecessary nonsense. But this is not a minus of the hotel, just so you know.
- A confusing system of buildings and rooms. Building A, B, C... and so on, although all seem to be from the same reception. Yes, and let them have fun, if you hadn't come with a company that all settled in different buildings... that's when you need to look)))
- Everything that is sold nearby is full of Turkish consumer goods. Shopping is more or less a stretch only in the mall, but more on that later, in the pros.
Positive:
- The beach is quite close. He's easy to find, he's against the gendarmerie.
- There are several attractions nearby that you can visit yourself (within walking distance). Others are taken there on buses for money. These are the Temple of Apollo, the Ancient Theater, the Side Museum, and the historical quarter. You can also ride a steam train, but it goes no more than a kilometer, make no mistake)))
- Those who go on an excursion in the morning or leave are prepared dry. rations. However, we were not lucky))) 2 rooms out of three ordered rations in advance, one room was given, the other was not. We did not hope and did not even order.
- The room has a safe and air conditioning, as well as a shower that does not heat the bathroom)))
- Several pools. Although you won't find an entrance to them without good instructions.
- You can take a bus to the shopping center (we took a bus and a taxi. A taxi costs 70 liras a car, there are 4 people there. The bus costs 5 lira, or 1 dollar, or 1 euro.), literally 5-10 minutes. By the way, this is the only place, but we needed the codes that we printed and took with us) Shopping is very average, everything is sewn for short people, you can't find clothes for normal tall guys. Turkish companies are so-so, but there are shops of foreign brands, they are of lower quality, for example, US Polo or Colin's.

We rested at the hotel from 11 to 22 August 2021. The hotel is good 3 pools have bars. The sea is close. The food is great, even mussels. Potatoes are all meat. Chicken liver. Wi-Fi is free. But it only works at the reception. Minus the animation!!!

We had a rest in early September for 2 weeks.The hotel is not 4* but at best 2*!! The check-in was very long! We chose from three rooms that were available . All rooms are packed! The old ones! Little ones! They won't turn around in the bathroom! All the furniture is old!The cleaning in the rooms is disgusting!The hotel can accommodate 500 people and the dining room can accommodate 150!!! There are always queues at the entrance to the dining room! This is not a restaurant, but really a dining room of the USSR!! It takes 10 minutes to get to the beach with only 30-50 sunbeds and 30-50 sunbeds on the second beach, too, and there are never any places there either! People get up from 4 in the morning and go to take a place! And another point there is a 3* Sun Beach hotel near the beach, from which of course everyone also goes to our common beach.The show program is about nothing at all! Lunch box was given a pathetic semblance of a sandwich and juice! After which we spent 20 minutes in the toilet at the airport! It was probably overdue! It's a pity we didn't find out about the hotel before we bought tickets! 30% Germans and 70% Russians are staying at the hotel. There are very good hotels in this area, it's better to overpay and relax in comfort!

Everything is old .The towel is all stained in the room, clean as it should be, if you leave a tip, they must have it, I understand that.The sheets in the holes are not clear from cigarettes.
We chose what is quiet, the main sea, the sun and the cheapest of all the hotels.Otherwise, I would not have returned to this hotel.

We had a rest from 06 to 08/16/2021, a terrible hotel! Russian Russian is not spoken by the staff, although 90% of the vacationers are Russian, no problem can be solved, the Russian-speaking representative of Anex tour Julia rarely happens and does not solve anything, she is not up to our problems, the main thing for her is to sell excursions. The rooms are very small, everything is old, the air conditioner is rattling, you can't turn around in the bathroom! They moved us to a room on the 1st floor, and there are huge cockroaches walking, and even a cat shat under the door, the stink is right in the room, it's 4 stars, 1 star a lot! They were moved from cockroaches to an Economy room, although they paid for the Standard, no one understands anything about the refund either in the Anecdote or at the reception. There is actually no beach, the sun beds need to be occupied at 5 a.m., no one wipes them, does not disinfect them, the sun beds are almost close, what are 1.5 meters there, and there is also a drain on the beach! Local residents are also resting here, as a result they fell ill with covid. There are no animators and discos, very poor WiFi and only in one place. Even the pensioners were very bored. The kitchen is for three, there is a lot of everything, but nothing delicious, you will not be hungry, but you will not get pleasure from eating! We rested from 06.09 to 09/16/2021.
Upon arrival, at about 21 o'clock, the reception was informed that our room was occupied and, without apologies, despite our claims, we were checked into a nearby three-star hotel for one night. They didn't feed me dinner, they gave me a sandwich and a hard apple. On the second day, they moved into building C on the 6th floor. The room is small, everything is old, the air conditioner broke down at night. The ceilings are low, you rest your head on the balcony. In the evening, the water may disappear, in the morning there is no hot water. With the battle, they were moved to building B on the second floor. There are not enough sun beds on the beach, they are constantly busy. The food is varied, but not tasty. We do not recommend the hotel!

Terrible hotel. WiFi is only in one place and very poor, rooms are as lucky as anyone. The owners call the usual staff room the “Standard Room", they do not want to change it. The staff does not speak Russian, including the owners and managers at the reception, they understand only some words. Sunbeds are occupied from the night, there is essentially no beach.
If it were possible to put half a star, I would.

In general, the SUN BEACH PARK HOTEL in Side, Turkey, is boring for pensioners, for the young, it does not pull 4 stars. The security is disgusting. A safe was stolen from the guys in the room, which contained documents, money and gold jewelry. Judging by the behavior of the hotel owner and the gendarmes, a hotel employee was most likely involved in the theft, since the video from the video cameras was hidden from us. The room was entered through the balcony, the lock on the door of which did not work and the safe was not bolted, although it was bolted in other rooms. Only the Hotel staff could know such details. The thieves placed the safe in a suitcase, which, by the way, was stolen in the same room and calmly left through the door to the street past the Hotel staff. In short, I do not recommend this Hotel and tell your friends and acquaintances that this hotel is not safe.
