I visited this institution in 2023.

I was very disappointed with this institution. I had dinner in Sun City on 02/16/2023, in two dishes I came across a short black hair. I informed the waiter about this, for the first time they proved to me that there was not a hair on my plate, but a micro-green. As a result, we agreed that it was a hair, but we did nothing. When I found the same hair in the dessert, the waiter and the administration began to sort it out, reviewed the cameras, agreed that there was indeed a hair in the plate, but again no measures were taken. The only thing I heard was, "Yes, the hair was really in the plate, but we will not remove the dish from the receipt, because the hair was not in the dish itself, not the plate." The waiter offered me dessert at his own expense, but I believe that it was not the waiter's fault and I did not accept the offer. I am very upset with the service and the attitude towards the client, sanity has deteriorated very much.
