Great location, but expensive) overall, I liked that the concept of more elite hotels of this chain was transferred. All the drinks are of high quality, the service is almost 24/7. The food is excellent, the performances are great. The rooms are good too. The only thing I didn't like was the attitude of the staff towards the Russians. Well, the British are getting impudent, climbing into a minibus to the beach without waiting in line. By the way, they take you to a heavenly place, but the all inclusive is no longer valid there.

We had a rest in July 2024. I am delighted with the hotel! It is very well maintained, every corner is surrounded by greenery and flowers. The territory is large, there are many different interesting locations where you can relax. Very interesting evening shows: this includes a circus, acrobats from Kenya, live music, karaoke, etc. The food is excellent, there are many different meat dishes (lamb, beef, turkey kebabs, trout, dorado were constantly there). A rich selection of fruits!!! Good quality alcohol. The service is at the highest level!!! We were in Turkey for the 6th time (in the top five in Kemer) and we liked this hotel more than any other!! I definitely recommend it

A great hotel for your money. Not luxury, but:
- beautiful green area. In early June, everything is in colors!
- delicious and varied food
- normal bars. If the bartender is on a roll, it will be cool :)
- there is a beach in the lagoon. It is great for small children - there is sand by the water, sun beds with umbrellas on the lawn. All amenities and cafes. No waves, gentle entry into the water. For adults, 7 minutes to the village beach, 15 minutes to the awesome wild beach (pictured)
- animation is weak, but who needs it!:))
- we didn't go to the pool, but there are decent people there (mostly Britons)
- in general, the hotel is mostly British, Russians and Turks are few

A good hotel, very tasty cuisine, fish every day: dorado, trout, sea bass, seafood; meat, desserts-tiramisu, cheesecake, profiteroles, meringue. There are no queues. We were in October, the sea is amazing, the purest. Private beach, clean, lots of sun beds.

100% excellent hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The territory is a fantastic botanical garden with a huge number of plant species! Everything is in bloom in spring! The food is excellent. The rooms are large and comfortable. There is a shuttle (free of charge) to the hotel's beach in a picturesque lagoon with crystal clear water (sun beds/umbrellas are free of charge).

The hotel for a vacation with a child was not chosen in vain. Cozy rooms in buildings with a very beautiful green area. You go the eye rejoices. The staff is good, the cleaning is average . There is a beautiful beach on the lagoon, to the total 6min walk.The hotel is closer to the mountain, not noisy and not far from the main street. The food is all there, fresh is delicious . We do not use the pool, there are a lot of people there, I always recommend the hotel.

A small, nice hotel. The food was delicious, there was a small selection of fruits - watermelons (very tasty), apples, plums, melons for dinner (perhaps more in other months). Fish every day, grilled, pasta is made for dinner, kebab was made once. Breakfast is standard - pancakes, pancakes, omelets, etc. Very nice bar, great cocktails (there is a small map).
There is a medium-sized swimming pool and a small private one near the buildings. Sometimes there are not enough towels, you have to wait. There is a Russian-speaking woman Maria in the spa, the basic program is not bad with a hammam, without enthusiasm.
The hotel beach in the bay is for a big fan, we have been there a couple of times. The minibus is in traffic jams at the check-in, the way to the beach can take 30 minutes. There are a lot of people on this beach who are not from the hotel, if you arrive after lunch, almost all the sun beds are occupied. The bar and the food there are, of course, paid. We got high from this beach when we descended from the Lycian Kayakoi-Oludeniz trail.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the public beach (you can take a shortcut at the first turn and not walk along a noisy street). It's nice there, the sea with waves, the beach is sand + pebbles.
The staff is polite, the cleaning is not bad, towels were changed often, bed linen every 3 days.

I would especially like to mention the nutrition - everything is very, very good. A variety of dishes for every taste, various types of meat and dishes made from them, fish, shrimp, octopus, squid. The public beach is a 5-minute walk away. but the sea is open there. Its beach is a 10-minute drive from the hotel, there is a scheduled bus service. There is a bay and the sea is always calm and the water is warmer, that's what you need for children. Every evening, the show of various guest artists is very exciting and interesting, at 11 everything subsides. I recommend.

Disappointing experience — unfriendly atmosphere
I am staying at a hotel in this chain and I must express my disappointment at being treated as a Russian guest. From the moment of my arrival, it was obvious that there was a negative atmosphere towards my nationality, which overshadowed my entire impression.
Despite my attempts to be friendly and courteous, I encountered unfriendly attitude from some of the staff at the reception. It was depressing to feel like an unwelcome guest in a place where a relaxing atmosphere should reign. There were times when I felt ignored or treated differently from other guests, which made me very uncomfortable.
I cannot recommend the Sundia Hotel to Russian travelers who are looking for a friendly atmosphere. There are many places where our guests are appreciated, and I would advise you to consider them instead.

I rarely leave feedback after my vacation, but this time I want to help suckers like my daughter and me. By the way, we are still resting. This is our first time in Turkey, so I was looking for a vacation company so that I wouldn't be bored or those who have already visited Turkey. I turned to a friend whom I met by job a few years ago and continue to communicate a little to this day. By the way, this is her third time in Turkey. Suggested Side. She chose the hotel, she sent me links, but I relied on her completely....and I was very sorry.
She paid for it personally, without contacting a travel agency, as I do not know, I paid her almost 48 thousand from 07/28/04.08.
We chose a studio so that there were two rooms for three people (a friend was with two children of 19 and 13 years old) and our second, a single hall. The flight was scheduled for 03:25 on 28.07, postponed to 07:25. Upon arrival, we stood in a huge queue while the staff of the Anex tour tour operator settled all tourists on buses. Before reaching the hotel 20 minutes. after 1 hour, we made a stop for 15 minutes so that tourists could walk, buy change, ice cream. We were late for lunch because of this stop. Upon arrival, there was not a single Russian-speaking employee at the reception.
The hotel turned out to be private, well, absolutely. Neither for adults nor for children, well, if they are not Turks, there was no entertainment. The entire hotel was filled with Muslims who celebrated the Islamic holiday of Eid al-Adha for several days. (advice, do not plan your vacation in such hotels these days, you will feel uncomfortable) All the songs, all the entertainment were just for them, in their language.
My God, when we entered the room, my mood worsened even more after the absence of Russian-speaking staff. The studio has air conditioning in one living room, which is designed for three people. My daughter and I got a room without air conditioning. It's just hell!!!, both at night and during the day. There was no solid four here. The Internet is paid, for every phone. I paid myself and my daughter $11 each for 10 days. I can't say anything good about the quality of the service, the varieties of dishes, either.
Moreover, if the Russian is in turn, and the Turks are behind, then they do not pay attention to us and begin to serve the locals. They treat Russians very disdainfully. To visit Turkey for the first time and not be disappointed!!! The hotel is located in some kind of backwater, dirty around, not a very pleasant smell. The sea is far from the hotel, but that's what we planned, we thought to be closer to the center. The bus departs from the beach as the driver pleases. For example, once we stood for 40 minutes (this is at lunchtime) in the open sun, at 50 ° heat!!! I thought I was going to die right on the spot!!! In general, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, I speak from the bottom of my heart!!!
I can't say anything good about it either, I saw it once upon arrival at the hotel, then we solved all the issues on our own. The guide from Pegasus helped us with the check-in
A few words about fires. When we were driving from the airport, we saw flames, it was interesting. Then it began to strain, the sky was all in flames, ashes were falling. Now everything has more or less stabilized, thank God, but many excursions are canceled.

The best hotel in Turkey! The food is great, the service is wonderful, the atmosphere is friendly, the animators are very kind and funny! The territory is not that small! Having arrived from there , we are absolutely delighted! Thanks to everyone who works there, the reception staff, the maids, the cooks, the bartenders, the driver who drove to his own beach in the blue lagoon, which, by the way, is beautiful! Huge thanks to the animators , many of the names did not have time to find out, but all the animators are just super, especially I want to mention Ozgi and Rosa, they are great fellows! I loved them very much! Male animators are very cool and incendiary!
