I was in this hotel, the location is convenient, the rooms are for a weak 4, but it surprised me a lot, I stayed for 3 days, when I asked to clean the room, I was told that we are not a luxury hotel and the rooms are cleaned every other day! Is it strange then that the rooms are handed over to the client after me?there was a strong negative after such a phrase, the Internet catches the maximum at the second floor level.

Good afternoon, stayed with my husband for 3 days, pre-booked a room. Wonderful!!! Very friendly staff, pleasant interior in the hotel itself, clean and cozy! Breakfast is a separate topic!!! It was very tasty and varied, we had 3 days, tried the whole menu. The noise from passing trains was a little annoying, but there are a lot more advantages!!! Next year we will come to Kazakhstan again, and we will definitely stay at this hotel. Nice, clean, tasty, cozy and inexpensive!!! Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!

A good hotel, everything is clean and tidy, settled quickly, everything is there. Breakfast is not bad either. Parking for cars is available and not far from the railway station, who cares.
