Everything is great!Breakfast, the pools are excellent, crystal clear, I really liked the slides, thank you very much for the rest!!!The staff is very polite and attentive!!! The territory is very cozy, lots of greenery. The area is perfectly clean.The rooms are clean.Without drunken parties, everything is pleasant and calm.Plus, it 's possible with your own food .But it's not very expensive to eat there either.The food prices are reasonable.The rooms have air conditioning , clean linen.It is pleasant to be on the territory , the soul is resting!!!

A very cool place with slides! At first, they are the ones that catch your eye and the fastest of them is the green one. Then the smallest pool, there is a dolphin that spits water and a fantan made of stones and a seagull on them. Then there is an unusual pool with different depths.
There is also a 2-meter bass. And the most recent pool with the growth of children 7 years old

A very nice family recreation area. We have been here several times. I like everything. Two large pools for adults, there is a pool for children, a playground, a cafe. You can come with your own food, roast kebabs. The rooms have everything you need, shower, toilet, refrigerator. I recommend.

We recently vacationed in Sun Story for the first time. I really liked it. Friendly hosts and staff. The recreation area is well-groomed, green, clean everywhere. The rooms are clean and cozy. The children rode the slides. There is a heated swimming pool for small children.They cook very tasty. The children and we are happy. Thanks to the hosts for the excellent organization. We will come every summer!

We have been vacationing here for 5 years in a row, this is the best combination of price and quality. Everything is always clean, the hostess Nelly is very friendly and helps to solve any issue on an equal footing with the staff in a short time. There are public toilets on the territory, they are very clean and always accessible, this gives some confidence that fewer people pee in the pools. This year's breakfasts are very hearty, fresh and even divided for adults and children. Family-type recreation area, quiet and grace after 23.00.

An excellent base for family holidays.
Clean, neat. Good kitchen (not expensive)... Immaculate pools. There are no drunken brutes and marginals. Polite staff.
There were two days, I really didn't want to leave (but alas, business).

We love sun story! We try to take the children every summer. I recently read a lot of bad comments, and it became scary to go this year)))) but she did not change this place. We were greeted perfectly, placed in the room. The room is clean, there are no foreign odors. And the pools are so clean and big. The slides worked until late, the children are happy. There are a lot of free sunbeds. We were satisfied!

I liked everything, except that the reservoir is very far away, there is no trap, it takes 15-20 minutes to go there.
I also didn't like the fact that there are only two sockets in the rooms, and then one for the refrigerator, and the other near the ceiling, there are no sockets in the bathroom at all. It's also a little noisy, everyone is shouting, calling names, yelling (and this is at 2-3 o'clock in the morning). At exactly 4-5 in the morning, they turn on some kind of music that plays throughout the entire zone. I hope they will make at least 4 sockets.
No, the rest is gorgeous there! The food is good, the pools are clean, the area itself is clean and the slides are big! In short, a lot of fun and few disadvantages.

A great recreation area! Perhaps one of the best on Kapchagai + very loyal and adequate hosts! Good slides, good kitchen. Excellent order and organization. 4 or 5 pools - from a warm children's pool to a 25-meter deep one (2 m). Clean rooms, toiletries, towels, barbecues, a cocktail cabinet, cauldrons - all in free use. Many thanks to Sun Story for summer 2020!
