I was really lucky to discover the Sunbaby at a time when my scooter needed serious repairs. The experience, starting from the first contact with them, was outstanding. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of their staff. They accepted my scooter and started working on it almost instantly.
What particularly struck me was the speed and quality of the work done. The renovation was completed even earlier than promised, and the result was excellent. My scooter rides even better now than ever before.
In addition, the process of communicating with them was extremely transparent. They kept me informed of every step of the repair and explained everything that was done and why. This created a sense of confidence in their work and led to complete satisfaction with the final result.
I am absolutely sure that in case I encounter any problems with my technical devices in the future, Sunbaby will be my first choice for repair.
