A great hotel for four people! The staff is friendly, friendly, helpful.The reception quickly resolved the issues with the check-in.Any requests are resolved promptly. The rooms are standard, it can be seen that they were renovated not so long ago, clean, everything works. The rooms are cleaned daily.Thanks to the cleaners, very nice girls and another young man, responded to any request! Special thanks to the Chef and the chefs-the food is delicious, varied, lots of sweets! The staff at the restaurant is also on top, they clean the tables quickly, cleanly, bring drinks, it's nice to talk with them. There is animation in the evenings. Nice pool, clean, warms up after lunch when the sun hits it. We stayed at this hotel with friends in June and October, everyone is happy!

The hotel is good. The location is not bad. Two minutes to the sea, there is a supermarket Migros, McDonald's, Outlet store nearby. The center can be reached on foot in forty minutes. If you don't like walking, then buses run quite often (if you need to go to the center, then you can take a bus with the inscription Marmaris). The fare in 2024 was 23 lira, if by card, and in cash - 30 lira.
There is a small fortress-museum in the city center, in the evening at 22.00 there is a fountain show on the square on May 19, at night you can have fun on the street of bars. A thirty-minute walk from the center there is the Marmaris National Park (opening hours from 9 to 17). You can also take a ride to Nimara Island, where there is a small cave.
About the hotel itself. If you are not picky about food, then you will not be hungry. Fish was given twice a day. The chicken is cooked on fire. French fries every day, lots of vegetables (grilled, stewed, fresh). Fruits include apples, oranges, grapefruit, watermelon, melon. The desserts are very tasty.
The entertainment during the day was water aerobics, darts, and music in the evening. The hotel has a hairdresser, a shop with swimming accessories and souvenirs, and a tattoo parlor.
The room is not bad. There is a refrigerator with a small freezer for freezing ice cubes, a safe for free, which pleasantly surprised me.
The only thing I didn't really like was the beach. When entering the sea, there were large pebbles, which is not pleasant. It's a little dirty. There is a very narrow beach area and it is all filled with sun loungers, right by the water. Sun loungers on the beach are of course paid. There was no toilet or shower.

A great foursome. The rooms are standard and comfortable, they are cleaned every day, and the cleaning is generally excellent. There is not a lot of food, but it is delicious, if you eat cleanly, then you only need to choose the top five. And for the four of them, this is a wonderful kitchen, there is always something to eat, chicken meat, grilled fish was. In the kitchen, the taste of food is 5, the choice is 4. Wi-Fi is only on the 1st floor: at the reception, near the pool, in the dining room, but it catches perfectly. this is probably so that you don't sit in the room too much and don't waste electricity from the air conditioners)) There is no beach of your own, but for buying a drink in any coastal cafe, you also get a chaise longue for the whole day. cola, for example, is 30-40lir there.The pool is nice and small, with sun loungers and mini verandas with mattresses next to it. They don't speak much Russian, everything is in English, but you can also use gestures to explain and show what you want. I am attaching a photo. In general, a well-deserved 4, everything is high-quality but without frills. I would love to come back here again.

In principle, it is not bad, the rooms are poorly cleaned (not vacuumed), bed linen, towels are changed regularly. There was no desire to swim in the Pool. Kitchen for 4, little fruit (were in October). The location is good.

The hotel is not bad, but not 4*. The rooms are clean, there is a TV, refrigerator, hairdryer and soap (one for the whole time). Each room has a balcony and air conditioning. The breakfasts are modest, but there are always eggs, but the lunches and dinners are quite good. They cook delicious and varied. Alcohol can hardly be called alcohol, you don't get drunk from it, even if you drink a barrel. The hotel has one swimming pool, there are always free sun beds around it, but there are no towels for the beach and there is no private beach either. There are a lot of English people in the hotel, so the staff speaks English and Turkish, but they are very responsive and friendly. WiFi on site catches and maximum on the 2nd floor on the balcony. There is a visiting cat who loves meat and sausage.

Convenient location, close to the center and to the sea, there is a free beach with Wi-fi, with sun beds and umbrellas 1 km along the embankment. There are no baths and saunas, there is no ala-karts restaurant, although the description of the hotel includes. The food in the restaurant is good, but there is practically no room cleaning. In 7 days, towels were changed 1 time, the floors were dirty, they did not wash, they took out the garbage, although they asked and hung a sign for cleaning, where it is written in Russian illiterate and with errors. And the toilets in the lobby are clean. The Internet works only in the lobby and restaurant, you can also catch on the balcony. The air conditioners in the rooms work well, the TV and furniture are new, fix wet swimsuits and towels on the balconies, they can fly away in windy weather. Russians Russian is not particularly friendly, the young guys at the reception and in the bar understand Russian, but they speak English more, although there are currently a lot of Russian tourists.

We rested at the hotel in September 2023.The impression is not unambiguous.There is no Russian-speaking staff!And half of the Russian vacationers in the hotel are for sure!The Internet leaves much to be desired...The food is very mediocre, rather, for vegitarians.Meat is not delicious cooked chicken (it doesn't even always happen), something from soy, there was a couple of times fried mackerel, but tasteless and dry..Bar.Plastic drinking glasses ...Diluted wine, strong alcohol, apparently, is also "refined" thoroughly.The rooms are different, as it turned out later, because they were initially settled in a tiny stuffy, corner room on the 5th floor...Somehow, on the fingers, we can say, the receptionist explained and asked to change.After 3 days of torment, they were given a room, as it should be, spacious and with a large loggia.Of the pros, there is a gorgeous sea nearby (in 7min.there is a piece of free beach for now), beautiful nature, weather and the center (rested in Marmaris not for the first time).Conclusion: the quality of service provision does not correspond to the cost of the voucher.Leaves much to be desired.

I didn't like it!!! Just got back.
To begin with, when we arrived at the hotel, we and everyone who came with us to check in for the night were taken to a completely different hotel. And this is a lost day. The owner of the hotel, apparently, is picking up a bunch of reservations, knowing that there are not enough places - they will be pushed to another hotel… These are already useless questions to Anex Tour, which, when asked about the situation with a shortage of places and relocation, replied, "well, yes, it happens, it's not us (Anex Tour), it's a hotel"…
The second horror was the room with dirty floors, tufts of hair on the floor, on the balcony and everywhere. There's a lot of fungus in the bathroom. And if the bathroom door is closed at night, it smells strongly of fungus in the morning (5th floor). In general: the hotel has essentially no territory, a small pool, around which there are sun beds and everything, as well as dining tables. For 10 days, the bed linen has not been changed, although they were asked to replace it twice. Towels were changed twice and then, after a personal trip to the maid, to whom you can go every day, tk could pick up towels and not put them, or pick up and give 2 towels. There is no cleaning in the room!!! They put toilet paper, sometimes folded towels - that's all. Food: there is no meat, the maximum is tasteless chicken in various processing, as well as incomprehensible "cutlets", "meatballs", "kupaty", which are fried, steamed, baked, etc. - it tastes, it is not clear what they are made of, zakos for meat, it tastes far from meat. It's great to be vegan in this hotel and then get bored for 3 days. There was also a shock "fish", which was "given" twice in 10 days.. strange sour pieces of fish fried on fire. Alcohol: according to the All system, locally produced alcohol should be included, in fact there are only: beer, vodka, gin, wine. Locally produced Crayfish, strangely paid, for money (?!?!?!).Wine is not wine, but an incomprehensible braga from three-litre cans, beer is water.
Overall: the hotel is not worth the money. And you have to try very hard not to notice where you are. To anyone who thinks that you won't be hungry here- yes, you won't die of hunger, you can be patient on the vegan menu, but the question is! Why do I pay money to endure?!
The hotel does not have a beach. There is a municipal one, which is half an hour away in the heat. Or, buy a cocktail, beer, etc. in a cafe, from 90 lira per bottle per person, then you can lie on their sun beds. There is no annimation. There is nothing in the hotel. The only people you can thank are the guys from the dining room, the waiters, who are very active in removing dishes from the tables. That's it!

We stayed at the hotel at the end of June 2023. The hotel is 2 stars. Cleaning is very bad, not only in the rooms, but also in the lobby and on the territory. There is Internet in the dining room, lobby and around the pool, I think that above the lobby on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The location of the floors is strange if you take the elevator. You can get to the 2nd floor if you press the 6th floor and the rooms are all 600. But there are no balconies. Although the furniture is fresher than on the 5th floor. The food was fine, in one of the reviews it was said that there is always something to eat, and this is absolutely true. If you don't eat chicken, then you're on a no-meat diet. There are always sun beds around the pool, there is no point in taking them. The hotel does not have a beach. I had to wander along the embankment and choose something acceptable. If you go left and walk 500 meters, then there will be an empty beach, there is a renovation of the hotel and everyone occupies this beach, but there are no umbrellas and the territory is not cleaned. For the money that we went, I do not regret the rest. But I will not go to this hotel anymore.

The food, the rooms are normal.
There is no drinking water in the rooms, your containers or micro cups are poured on the bar (at least in October).
The cleaning is the worst I've seen, the linen is not changed (just the bed is made), towels too. I had to ask for towels to be changed.
The beach is nearby, if not at the peak, then no one cares which hotel you're from
We were at work, so in general it's normal, it's better to look for something more interesting for a vacation

I put a solid two. We rested from the fifth to the tenth of October. In the hotel, half of the rooms are empty, while they refused to change the room. There is not enough food, there is no choice, every day it is the same and not tasty. We were sitting on French fries and vegetables. There are four types of desserts, the same every day. Watermelon was once for dinner, and melons every day, but fodder for pigs! The staff is extremely impolite, they don't understand Russian, and generally wait until we all leave. The waiters sat down to eat without waiting for the guests to leave. And when they came for pizza, they found out that the season was "finish". On the last evening, the beer ran out, we ran to the supermarket and poured from a jar. From alcohol: beer, vodka, gin, white and red wine. Cocktails will be made, but for 100 lire.

I'll write it as it is. All previous reviews are real, dirty, poorly cleaned, they do not understand and do not speak Russian. It's very difficult, but you can communicate by showing what you need. Food: chicken was rare, cutlets and soy sausages, it is impossible to eat, disgusting is rare. From fruits there were watermelons and melons every day, no more fruits. Some foreign citizens behave disgracefully, Russians also say they behave badly, you can argue with that. Keep in mind: there is no private beach! Either look for empty seats, or pay 5rubles for any drink and you are on the sunbed all day. There are sun loungers by the pool, where they also sunbathe and swim. Having concluded that there is no more foot in this hotel! I also forgot to add: do not buy excursions from guides, only from locals on the beach, it is 2 times cheaper. We charged for 20 💲

The hotel does not pull 4 stars from the word "absolutely". Of the pros, only a variety of delicious food, of the cons: they clean the room, you don't understand how. Toilet paper was not brought for 2 days. There was no light bulb in the lamp, the faucet hose splashed in all directions of the shower (they couldn't fix it for two days). The all-inclusive bar is sparse, only beer is normal from alcohol, there are no cocktails. There is no Russian-speaking staff, even some of the staff does not know English anymore. Hookah is generally trash))

The hotel justifies its 4 stars! NEW SOFT CLEAN BED LINEN, comfortable mattress and pillow are important to me! We liked everything. The room is clean, linen and towels are changed almost every day, and they are cleaned too. The food is good. The staff is very friendly! Among the disadvantages: there is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and it was constantly not working in the lobby, which of course was annoying. The staff speaks only Turkish, and a little bit of English and Russian, you need to get used to explain. Well, there is no beach of its own. But to walk to the embankment and beaches of other hotels is 50 meters, just a minute. If you order alcohol or food, you get a chaise longue and Wi-Fi on the beach of another hotel for free for the whole day! So I recommend our hotel to everyone!😉

Without illusions, this is a three-piece. The rooms are small and old, they were replaced with a more decent room the third time. The food is tolerable, without frills. Fruit melons and watermelons for lunch and dinner. There is no private beach, the hotel itself is small, the pool is about nothing. A huge plus is the service, the staff is very friendly and solved all issues at once.

We came for breakfast, I just wanted to swear and stamp my feet. Portions in kindergarten are even more expensive. There is basically nothing to eat as such. It's still okay for lunch, you can choose something. The hotel itself has a beach, but it is 3 km away. on the rocks somewhere, there are no shops, water, toilet. In general, a wild beach. You can go to the beach next to the hotel, but if you do not order anything, you will not see a sunbed.our room with a balcony overlooked the neighboring hotel, just on the stage, that's where we hung ourselves in the evening. Until 12 at night, music, screams, screams and applause. In short, our foot will no longer be here. We will remember these 10 days of torment for a long time.

The hotel is four stars. The second coastline. There is no private beach. But this is probably the only drawback. We liked everything. A clean small but cozy room. The food is delicious and varied. Polite staff. Internet at the reception and on the territory of the hotel. Two pools:-children's and adult. There is no Russian-speaking staff, but they understand English. There is a Russian consultant girl at the reception. It will always help! Nice hotel!
