A great hotel for your money.
The location is great, the very center of Pattaya, near the large Central Pattaya shopping center.
The rooms are clean and spacious. There is a bathtub, hairdryer, refrigerator, safe. In the bathroom there are towels (large, small and for feet), shampoo, shower gel, soap, shower cap and cotton swabs. Towels for the beach/pool can be taken at the reception around the clock.
The staff is friendly, excellent service.
Breakfast is a buffet, there is plenty to choose from, delicious.
On the downside, it's noisy at night for up to two hours (there's a bar nearby, even closed windows don't save me from music), but it didn't bother me to sleep, people with light sleep - keep in mind!

I always choose a hotel based on three criteria:
- location
- availability of a coffee machine
- the presence of a swimming pool.
Everything is normal for the first two!
There is a pool, but it doesn't seem to be there - ice water, yeah, I grew up and live on the Yenisei, but there is no ice in this pool and it's surprising - but it will start to snow soon!
I'll attach a photo of the bar that won't let you sleep later. I went out at two o'clock in the morning to ask for the singing to be quieter. An hour later, my wife came to pick me up, and we returned to the hotel for breakfast, well-fed and satisfied, and went to bed with a sense of accomplishment!
And no one interfered.…
- the policy of the hotel is not to check in before 14.00, even if there are available rooms, a huge number of people gather at the reception!
The hotel's breakfasts are among the best in Pattaya!

In the room, the stench of sewage from the air conditioner and from the intake air intake was saved only by the fact that the air intake was taped shut, the air conditioner was not turned on (well, it was not so hot)
If the rooms face the sea, there is a karaoke bar nearby, and they sing until exactly 2 a.m. The effect of full presence is even with the balcony door closed, stock up on earplugs.
The food is normal, you will not be hungry. One breakfast restaurant with Indian cuisine is more spicy, the other European and Chinese cuisine is not very spicy here. The assortment in restaurants for breakfast is slightly different.
Location the center is all nearby: shopping malls, an exchange office, 7/11, bars, a promenade, etc

But keep in mind that the hotel has a lot of tourists from India and Turkey who came because of their love for the Thai, not so much when you ride in the elevator with children at 22.00, and the Indian and Thai negotiate the price. And when you leave early for an excursion, you see a picture of how the Indians and Turks go to the rooms in single file with the Thais (there is no obstacle in the hotel, you can bring it (for a note, it might be useful to someone). More of a hotel for young people, men looking for love, couples.
The rooms were cleaned every day, with only a bath towel.

Excellent hotel and service. The staff is friendly.
The room is clean and cozy. Water, tea, coffee, towels, hygiene products - everything is there.
It's a little noisy, because there's a bar with live music nearby) by the way, you can play billiards there (free) - just order drinks and get high).
Nearby are seven eleven, massage, night market, currency exchange (profitable), laundry (cheap) and many cafes. Tuk tuk around the city is 10 baht, you can take it to the nearest pier. From there to the islands) it is better to swim there. Nearby the central beach is quite dirty and no one swims there.
There are a lot of Indians and Chinese in the hotel, Russians have not been seen except for us. But I think it's the same in other hotels. They are not the quietest neighbors. By the way, there are practically no children in the hotel.
The rest was fantastic) Pattaya 💔🫠

It's a good enough place for four people. The staff is responsive and friendly, the rooms are clean, there is a swimming pool open until 7 pm and a 24-hour gym. It is located one street away from the Festival Center. One of the disadvantages is the smell of humidity in the room and proximity to bars, from where it is very noisy until 2 am. The breakfasts are not bad: partly aimed at Europeans and partly at guests from India.

Great hotel.I've been here 2 times already.It turns out to be the very center.Seven and leven around the corners.The sea is 5 steps away.The festival shopping center is nearby.If you are going on an excursion, and of course you are already tired, our first check-in.There are a lot of Indians in the hotel, but this is because their visa has been extended.There are 2 restaurants in the hotel, one for Hindus, the second is European.The staff is friendly, they don't speak Russian, they speak English.They help with everything (translator)Wi-Fi is free, which is also +.

Disgusting. The room stinks of sewage, the bottom drain does not work in the sink, you have to pick at the dirty valve with your nails to lift it and drain the water. 4 star hotel... there are no slippers, no shoe spoon, no brush, no paste in the room. Usually a set of shampoo, shower gel, cream ... there are 2 glass jars on the washstand: bath soap is written and shampoo, but there is no place to put them in the bath, and it's cool, they will break ... this is all that is in the room. Everything is old and dirty. The Windows overlook the sea (somewhere far away) but in the courtyard of a cafe in which music screams until 2-3 nights, and then Thais yell at each other while cleaning the cafe ... in general, you will not be able to sleep. The food is terrible. That's what I mean by Indians, of whom 99% are in the hotel and who stink of mothballs. There's just nothing to eat. Maybe, of course, you will meet a couple of familiar components: egg and bread ... in general, I do not recommend using the word at all
