I liked the food at the hotel, the dinners are just fire, there is always something new, I want to try everything, beautiful presentation. The breakfasts are also very diverse, there is something to choose from. I liked the dinners most of all by the sea in the bar, everything is fresh, delicious, the dishes are clean, the fruits are well washed. There is animation, but we didn't need it, we didn't even get to the show in the evening, we spent more time on the beach and in the sea. The tents are good, even at lunch it was fine. Very friendly staff, the hotel has the most Germans, but there are many Russian-speaking Germans, there are vacationers from Russia, but not many, the attitude of the staff to the Russians is excellent, they are always ready to help, they quickly approach the restaurant, bars, sometimes several times, they can bring something else, dirty dishes are quickly cleaned, the service is decent. The Internet is good, it works well on the beach. I recommend the hotel for a relaxing family holiday, if you just want to relax and swim in the sea, where it is safe and shallow for a long time, have a delicious meal and recharge with the sun, this hotel is for you. Huge turtles live nearby in the river, we counted 17 of them, maybe more, they are almost a meter tall, we fed them eggs and cheese, it is interesting and unusual. A small minus, which was a plus for us, is that the territory is small, so the beach is very close, and this gave the child the opportunity to go to the hotel there and back if necessary, it was not scary to let go. A great option for a holiday, the price and quality match. And also, if your child is from 12 to 13 years old, it will be very profitable, almost all hotels already count from the age of 12 as an adult, the price is also adult)), then here an adult is considered from the age of 13 only, so the option will be very profitable.

Family room, beds are shifted, mini-bar is replenished, fanta, water, cola, sprite beer, pot on request, cleaning is normal, always cleaned before 13 o'clock, tips were left in rubles. We had a rest in September for 13 days with children 4 and 6 years old. We arrived early in the morning after a night flight, we thought they would meet us halfway and give us the number right away, but alas! We took a walk, ate and returned to the reception, gave $ 15 and found a room, even with an upgrade to a 2-room one with a view of the pool and partially to the sea) The location of the room was excellent on the second floor, it was possible not to use the elevator, the main restaurant was on our floor. The only negative is loud music until 23, but there was silence in the children's bedroom, and we are used to it.
The food is varied, delicious! They didn't drink much alcohol. Ice cream all day.

Three adults and a baby aged 1 year old had a family vacation from 09.27.22.-12.10.22. I liked the hotel very much , it was worth the money . Upon check-in at 22-30 local time, we were greeted at the reception with a smile, everything was fast, we were escorted to the room, our luggage was delivered without delay. During the check - in process , we found out that guests from Germany live in our room . 😁 We were apologized and offered to move to the villa for FREE in the morning , although its cost was much higher ! Room cleaning every morning, clean towels, bathrobes ,slippers , swans on the beds , replenishment of the mini bar every morning , all requests and wishes were fulfilled immediately . The food in the restaurants is excellent, there is always a huge selection of cheeses, sweets, fruits, fish, shrimp, meat, vegetables and much more, there is a mixer for children, steamed vegetables, baby food in jars.The territory of the hotel is beautiful green , the beach is clean , everything was wonderful 👍👍👍👍👍 if you look for cons , you can find them , but if you came to relax with a positive attitude , this hotel is worth the money 💵 and everything is wonderful there . The staff speaks German, English, Turkish, and a little Russian. Everyone understands each other without problems. I definitely recommend it for a family vacation! There are minor drawbacks, for example, it is not a convenient time to exchange towels or the lack of tea in the bar where there is pizza in the afternoon, but this is a trifle.
Guests themselves also create inconveniences, occupy sun beds on the beach and by the pools in the morning and keep them all day, but you can still find a place.
So far, we have only been on one evening program, the Circus in the amphitheater, and it was in one breath, the children are delighted. On Friday, the dance party is also very large-scale, with equipment, light, sound, and an additional cocktail bar. Those who write about poor nutrition, what do they eat regularly?!? The breakfasts are standard, the lunches in the restaurant are normal, with meat, chicken, fish, vegetables ... on site you can eat pizza, pizza boat, burgers, salads, ice cream, waffles, chicken, right half whole per serving.
And the dinners are fantastic, there is lamb, chicken, beef, liver, tongue, a bunch of salted and smoked fish both in its pure form and in snacks, shrimp separately and in salads, stuffed artichokes with smoked salmon, in my opinion just a delicacy.
In the evening, cocktails with imported alcohol are prepared at the bar, nuts, chips, popcorn are served to children. Live music.

The hotel is mainly used by tourists from Germany, 20% of Russians in total. The staff speaks German well, but Russian is very bad. But that's not the point. And the fact is that as soon as tourists from Germany sat down at the table, the waiter almost immediately approached them and took the order. And we could sit and wait for 15-20 minutes. One half-working shower. There are always enough sun beds on the beach, but it is difficult to find a free pair of sun loungers at the pool.
The room is clean, bright, a little worn out by time and guests, comfortable bed, good air conditioning, 2 towels per guest! The food is not WOW!, monotonous. After some seafood dishes, I felt uncomfortable in my stomach. The fruits were delicious (which is not surprising, we had a vacation in August) and cakes.
The staff..! they generally don't care about vacationers, as if they work not in a hotel, but in accounting. The hotel is really aimed at German tourists, most of them. A lot of Turks. About the attitude towards Russians. We had a standard room on tour with a view of the territory. Upon arrival (we arrived around 11), at the reception we were given an improved room with a side sea view (on the 4th floor) as a gift we were tired and happy, went into the room (old, shabby), but did not attach much importance to this. Immediately after the shower, after closing the bathroom door, a piece of wood fell off from the door frame, as a result, the bathroom door does not close, the water did not leave the shower.

Families with children over 6 years old and young people have nothing to do here. It's very boring. There is no mini club either.The hotel is generally not bad, but I wouldn't go here a second time.

The hotel, apparently, not so long ago began to accept Russian tourists (and indeed anyone other than Germans). There are 90-95% of them here. Some of the staff do not speak English at all. Not to mention Russian. A certain number of Kyrgyz people save the situation, they are absolutely Russian-speaking, Russian since childhood. There are also just Russian guys among them. They all speak Turkish and can be translators.

When checking in, they strive to put exactly what somewhere. We initially paid for a room with a side sea view. We settled into a room with access almost to the street with music and shops, the sea may have been visible there, but a small piece along the building, between our hotel and the next one. The second room offered was already almost without a street view (lowered to 2 floors, but on the roof of the restaurant and with the same amount of sea in the window. The third option was in the attic, with low ceilings and a roof with a balcony facing west - it was terribly stuffy, and the railing (brick wall) of the balcony at a height of 150 cm from the floor, that is, for my wife, there is no balcony, a stone wall. That is, there is no window in the room, but formally the view is almost to the sea. As a result, we got a good room in the Lake House for magarych, a separate room, a view of the pool and islands with palm trees, excellent. By the way, in the next room, a two-room one, lived a family from Kiev, young Russian-speaking guys with a baby. There they had a room paid for 25% cheaper, and they didn't even ask for a family room, but they were just settled in the Lake House. In general, Lake Houses are three-storey buildings of the duplex type, on a common foundation (as if one building) but each section of the three floors has different entrances. The ground floor has its own access to the quiet pool between the islands, a very soulful and comfortable design. Actually about the room: it is very small, the bathroom is even smaller, you rarely encounter this in 5-star hotels. There are two-room rooms, there are rooms with the letters A and B. So the room with the letter B looks out the window at the village and the mountains, right under the windows of the building on the territory of the hotel, more precisely, from our third floor it is only the roofs. Not really, let's say. And the room is really tiny: there are two beds and a bedside table between them - that's the whole length. Opposite is a cabinet with a minibar and a tiny closet at the entrance. The room is larger, there is a place for an armchair with a small table, a slightly larger closet, somehow more comfortable. If the room has no letters, it means that these two rooms are one whole room. We had a studio with a view of the pool. The view is wonderful, it is always quiet, you can hear the overflowing water in the pool and the birds singing in the morning. The disadvantage is universal: at 5:40, the muezzin starts yelling in the mosque, you wake up and close the balcony, but it's always open.
Rooms in large buildings are standard, and there are really a lot of two-room family rooms. Our people were also in the room next to us. And EXACTLY the same way - first with a paid view of the sea (side) - a view of the road, then for 9 euros per day - a Lake House with a great view of the quiet pool. Yes, another little thing about the rooms. In large buildings in odd rooms there is also a view of the pools, but at the same time there is a disco under the windows for up to 24 hours).
There are bathrobes in the room, but no, attention, these are FIVE stars: There are no slippers in the room, no shampoo and toothpaste, I'm not talking about toothbrushes and combs. Gel dispensaries are hanging in the bathroom by the shower and by the sink. Apparently for the hands. But to wash your hair with this???.....
Room cleaning is so-so. After cleaning, I walked barefoot across the tile - my feet were in small debris. But they happily twist animals out of towels ) .
The water in the pools is cooler than in the sea, it feels like 24-25 degrees, while fresh milk in the sea (October 01, 2019) is about 28 degrees.
Waiters in bars just run around, sometimes you have to wait for a waiter with drinks only in a large restaurant and cafe by the sea.
Food. There are no words - just fine. Always grilled, lots of vegetables and fruits (delicious). Different fresh bread, seasonings, yoghurts from five types for breakfast, three types of scrambled eggs. On the sea in the afternoon, you have a grill of fresh fish with you, grilled shrimp. Various casseroles and Turkish dishes. Lots of sweets.
Resume. Great hotel. Without English, it is a big problem, the only hope is for Russian-speaking Kyrgyz, but there are few of them.

Recommendation - take euros, you do not need an exchange, everything is sold everywhere for euros, everything has change, tipping with coins is very convenient, the waiters will happily exchange bills for coins at dinner. Taxi announces in euros, dolmus (minibus along the coast) costs 4.5 lira = 1 dollar = 1 euro. There are no exchangers, there is a bank, it's a long way to go. Large bills can be exchanged for small ones at the reception or at the representative of the receiving tour operator, or they sit at the reception in the morning.
By the way, dollars are more profitable, they are often considered 1:1 with euros here. But the euro is more convenient.
In supermarkets, prices are in lira, it is more convenient to pay with a card.
The hotel faces a street with lots of shops. In other places, it happens that there is simply nowhere to go, but here there is shopping expanse. Both right and left )
Turks do not behave very comfortably in street shops. First of all, there is almost no Russian anywhere. And English too. Secondly, there is obviously some kind of disregard for the Russians. If the Germans have them joyfully rushing and chirping merrily, then with us - sternly and silently. Perhaps this is due to ignorance of the language, most likely so. But the big plus is that they are not imposed.
We took an excursion from the tour operator: Antalya Old Town - Funicular - Aquarium for nothing. The funicular over Antalya is still so small, but the Aquarium is one name, even in Moscow it is bigger. And in Southeast Asia, this joy is ten times larger.... And there is simply no old town in Antalya. These are three buildings and the old port. That's it. It's a pity to spend $60 per person and a whole day. Moreover, there will be a tasteless lunch and another hour of time will be taken to the jewelry factory (but what about in Turkey without this)
To the old town of SIDE, 15 minutes by dolmus for 1 dollar/euro, there is no need to pay 10 euros for a taxi. The town is wonderful, atmospheric, historical (glass inserts underfoot and a view of the Greek foundations with mosaic fields, the rest of the old colonnade along the road.

I gave out bandanas and 6 felt-tip pens, 2 of which do not draw. She buried her face in the phone and didn't even offer to draw something for them. When I cleaned the table, I left one poured glass and put only foreigners at this table. He did not approach the Russian speakers at all, a young couple asked him for 15 minutes to clean the table, he approached them, spoke now and ran away to other tables. The next day, I took a table on the balcony and 30 seconds later an elderly German man runs up and sits down at my table. I asked him to leave, but he sat with an unperturbed look, called the waiter, who said without batting an eye that he came first. Thanks to our compatriots, they supported him and he left, and a minute later he came and held out his hand to me with the words peace. Well, the mood was already spoiled by such arrogance. There were waiters who did not do the division at all, served perfectly and without prejudice.

Then he says come in another half hour, then he says come at 12.30, then he comes back in half an hour, I already exploded and at 14.00 we moved to another building in a nice quiet room.

After lunch, they gave me the key to room 2221. This is a room with a partial view of the sea, the territory and the river. There are no complaints about the number, as well as about the reception staff. Of course, no one knows Russian, but they have found a common language for understanding. The room is quiet, as we requested. The room had everything you needed: bathrobes, a minibar, working plumbing. Of course, everything is not new, but the air conditioner works quietly. Next, about the sea and the beach - what we are going to Turkey for. A very good beach is sand, a wide beach strip, the entrance to the sea is sand, then the bottom is sand. It's very good for children. The sea is very warm, the temperature is 29-30 degrees. The only thing is the number of people. Hotel guests from the second and third lines go to this beach. Imagine the density of people. What can be said about nutrition-clearly not five stars. I chose the hotel based on reviews, they charge 4.5 for meals, maybe it was before the pandemic, but now it's definitely 3. The first time I'm in a hotel where I don't want to take photos of the Swiss table. There's nothing to take off. There are not even cloth napkins on the tables for dinner. The range of dishes is more than modest. Eating on site, outside the restaurant is cheap fast food, which would just fill the stomachs of the guests. I took fancy dresses with me, but when I saw the situation in this "restaurant" I went there in shorts, it was not even convenient to dress up, the wrong situation. Now about the attitude towards Russians, they write a lot about it in the reviews. There is such a thing. The Germans are in the first place. All the best for them. They will always be served first. Be prepared for this. My husband and I are positive people, we try not to notice these nuances, but this does not mean that they are not there. For example, they immediately discouraged going to the beach bar. They serve themselves slowly, first guests from Germany, and if you take the devices yourself, they get mad! In recent years, my husband and I have been vacationing in them, before the pandemic. A few words about the territory: the territory of the hotel is a swimming pool. There is no more territory. It's good that there is a promenade along other hotels towards Side, and we went there in the evenings to walk. The pool is large, stretches along all the buildings of the hotel with bridges. There are three bars, you can always take a drink and there is local alcohol. In conclusion, I want to write that I still cannot understand who writes reviews, what kind of people, where they work, what does it mean for them to pay 140 tr. for two for a week? If a person often visits Turkey, in different hotels, he can compare why he misleads others with his pearls. We choose hotels most often based on reviews on various forums and websites. That is, we trust each other. I see now that some people are giving the hotel five again. So they don't know what five-star hotels are. We talked on the beach with people from our hotel, they are from Novosibirsk. The opinion is the same, not the best about the hotel. At the same time, we all understand about the crisis of the tourist sphere in Turkey, about the long downtime, that it is necessary to compensate for losses, so to speak. But we flew to the good old Turkey. All-inclusive hotels are personified with Turkish hospitality, hospitality and quality rest. Tourists should not be inconvenienced by the crisis. The price tag does not get cheaper, they charge us in full. Therefore, the return should be in full. I wish the hotel prosperity and a speedy solution to all problems. In the meantime, we will rest in trusted hotels that guarantee a quality stay. In the pre-Soviet era, it was a German-oriented hotel, but 2020 brought incredible changes and there were a lot of Russians and Ukrainians here. The hotel is nice, big, clean, green. Because of the new rules, the buffet has turned into a farce, from which there is only one suffering. And it's a shame that the air conditioners were turned off in crowded places. But according to the results of communication with those who were there not for the first time, everything was fine earlier. So we hope that after the removal of covid terror, the hotel will flourish again :)
