I do not recommend renting this apartment for a year.
We lived in this place for about six months. To begin with, the house is not completed from the word at all. Naturally, we were not told about this when checking in, we were safely charged a payment of three months, we signed a contract and moved in.
Literally the next day, endless repairs began. They crushed the walls, crushed the asphalt at home, crushed it in the garage, sawed concrete (or what is so noisy there?). All repair work started around 7 a.m. Each time, the owners blatantly lied that the repair would take no more than three days and this was a very unexpected repair. But a week later, it all started again. These are very noisy jobs. The walls were shaking, our dog was hiding under the sofa and couldn't get out for days. And so for 6 months.
Naturally, we started looking for other accommodation. Without living out the paid month, we decided to leave, it was impossible to tolerate it. We immediately found new tenants for this apartment, the new tenants also paid three monthly payments. But Darko and Alexandra did not return the deposit to us. That is, they populate people, do not warn that the house is not ready and there will be permanent repairs, take a deposit, the first and last month and continue to chisel walls and asphalt. They took the money and they don't care that it's impossible to live there. You are already trapped. The deposit will not be refunded to you. And if you move out, it's more profitable for them, they will take new tenants and get money again.
Recently, our former neighbors from this house told us that Darko and Alexandra started repairs in their house, which is located wall to wall to the house in which they rent apartments. They and their children left the house during the renovation. And the tenants have to put up with all this. And if they want to leave, even better, the deposit will not be refunded and more money will be collected from new tenants.
It's a pity that you can't attach a video with the sound of the repair here.
