The food is delicious, there is always meat and fish. But there is not enough variety, very poor breakfasts.

There is a reef at the end of the hotel, where many beautiful fish have been seen, and crabs have also been seen, so I highly recommend swimming with masks.The food was delicious enough, but monotonous, and there were delicious croissants. The rooms are not new, but they are well maintained, we were cleaned every day and new towels were brought every day.We paid 20 euros extra for a room with a sea view and didn't regret it at ALL (I'll attach a photo)

The room was poorly cleaned, I had broken plumbing, the room was dirty, there was a bag for dirty laundry for later washing, I called the Egyptians from the cleaning, showed them everything, gave them 5 bucks, by the evening everything was repaired and washed, and Strika went to the laundress.
The cost of washing is $ 5, a large package, used 2 times in 7 days (it is convenient to leave with a clean suitcase).
In terms of nutrition, I will also put 5 a lot of meat, grilled, sweet.

The hotel has a polite staff, many people understand and speak Russian. If you leave a tip in the room, then crocodiles, elephants and swans from towels will be on the bed.
The rooms are frankly tired. At first glance, everything is there, but the air conditioner lives its own life - periodically switches to fan mode and does not want to cool at all. The furniture in the room is beautiful, but almost all needs to be repaired. The minibar did not work in our room, we applied several times by phone and went to the reception, but the problem was not solved. Mobile Internet does not work here, you have to buy a Wi-Fi password for the number ($5 per day), you can connect only one device, which can become an "access point" for the rest. We rested at this hotel. I really liked the comfortable location. 15-20 minutes from the airport and it's cool 👍 restaurants and food are quite decent, lots of meat, lots of vegetables. There were not enough fruits apparently out of season, mostly dates and melons (not very tasty). The sea is gorgeous, going to the sea is very convenient with children. I have a child of 5 years who has never swam in the pool, only the sea. I was very pleased with this moment. In Turkey, they could not enter the sea because of the waves and the pebble approach. And Egypt is just the sea for children to swim comfortably. The sand is excellent, the lagoon is just for children and moms who are afraid to swim far. The area is clean, comfortable and beautiful. There are not enough sun beds, you need to borrow in the morning. Towels are provided on the beach from 8 a.m. A small playground next to the beach, there is also a mini club.
Rooms: the furniture is old, but the rooms are very spacious, almost all have a balcony. We cleaned 1 time in 8 nights. The floors are not cleaned. bed linen with stains.
Nutrition: we were preparing for the worst, it turned out to be very good. Fish for dinner every day, chicken for lunch and dinner. Breakfast is standard: omelets, vegetables, cereals, pancakes. They cook quite tasty. Alcohol for three, half is poured into plastic cups, only glass at the reception. If you want, you can eat at el palacio restaurant, but in palma mirette, it seemed to me, the food is better.

We rested as a couple from 27.112024 to 7.12.2024. We arrived at the hotel at 7 a.m. The check-in was refused, the bracelets were not put on. We were running around the reception waiting for check-in until 12 o'clock. Hungry, tired, we couldn't use the hotel grounds. We had to have a bit of a row, after which we were settled.
