We stayed at this hotel for three days. Convenient location. All attractions are within walking distance. The rooms are clean, there is no hairdryer. I was with my wife and two daughters, plus a husky. They paid extra for huskies, which is a big plus that you can have your pets. It was the most comfortable hotel for us. We woke up in the morning, went for a walk, came at night, showered and went to sleep. The receptionist is Pavel, very friendly and courteous. He helped a lot with tips on the exchanger, cafe, baking And so on. There is a wonderful cafe in the same building where you can have a great breakfast (not Georgian cuisine)!!! It really feels like a pro has worked on the food.

Excellent location, very central and close to the metro.
Poor sound insulation in the room.
