Since everything was fine before and there was one joint, we continued to order from them and yesterday again a joint
It is simply impossible to eat Tom yam for the second time in a row, explain why you cook it with lime? Usually lime is put separately and if the client wants to add juice, he squeezes it himself, but here it is boiled, apparently, or very much thrown into the soup in advance and because of this it is unrealistically bitter, yesterday after two spoons I threw money down the drain

aesthetic appearance is not very good, often the rolls look untidy and somehow beaten, as if yes, it does not affect the taste, but I would like them to be folded more neatly

We were preparing for an important event, we planned to order a large set. Two days before, we wrote to the support service and clarified whether there would be a delivery to the city of Abovyan. They said yes. On day X, we place an order on the website, pay extra for the delivery of 2000 AMD, we sit and wait. A few minutes later, a call rings: "We are not delivering to Abovyan, your order has been canceled." As a reason, we have a lot of orders, we do not deliver outside Yerevan. Of course, I am shocked by such service. We specifically clarified everything in advance so that there would be no overlaps and such misinformation. They were completely framed. I had to look for another restaurant in a hurry. Very upset!
We went to this place yesterday. We went there several times before, everything was very good. Maybe they've gone bad now.
In general, we waited for our order for MORE THAN AN HOUR! When it was brought to us, we said that we had waited for more than an hour and, they say, give us at least some kind of discount or a free set, for example. They passed the request from one waiter to another, eventually bringing the bill, which included the full cost with a 10% service charge. We called the administrator to deal with the situation. To which she left, then came and said that the order was prepared within the normal time, but it's NOT NORMAL that the order was prepared for more than an hour. Or at least they should have warned about it, but they didn't. Unfortunately, the impressions are spoiled, so don't set foot there anymore..(((
I want to express my gratitude for the very tasty, fresh rolls! I tried different rolls and sushi in Yerevan, but there are no such delicious ones as in Sunny Sushi anywhere. Everything was delivered on time, well packed. I ate for two days with great pleasure. Now, when I come to Armenia, I know where to eat delicious food)

The quality of the food and there are no complaints. with the last order, the waiting time that was marked at 01:40 was somewhere around 2 hours, the most outrageous fact is that the courier who delivered the order announced his arrival and said that he needed to go down five floors and pick up orders from him, to the question whether couriers should deliver the order to the door, I get the answer that they do not go up without an elevator, I would like to note that the previous times they always went up to the floor. I think it is extremely outrageous when a courier can say this: you will pick up an order from the street, I go down and pick up the order from his car, that is, I leave the entrance, I go up to his car, he just opens the car door and hands me a bag of food!!!
So purely subjectively, the estimate of your delivery is zero according to I definitely do not recommend ordering from this institution with delivery.
I ordered tom yam with seafood and noodles with veal. Under the guise of tom-yam, over-salted liquid is served, giving off the taste of store-bought seasonings for soup like "Maggi". It is impossible to eat it. I have tried tom yam many times in restaurants in various countries. What you are serving is more like a diluted and over-salted Doshirak, into which boiled octopus was thrown. The second course, I forgot the name of the menu, is also about nothing. It's very tasteless, on the contrary, they sweetened it and brought noodles with rare flecks of meat. I do not advise anyone to spend money here.

The prices for rolls are 500-600 rubles per serving (8 pieces). The order was not taken for a long time. We ordered a pizza set and a separate roll. After 25-30 minutes, the set was brought. The fish is thin, tasteless, and some rolls lacked a filling- cucumber or crab stick. Wasabi is tasteless, not spicy at all, it feels like a green puree. Milkshake and lemonade are too sugary. 40 minutes after the set was delivered, we decided to find out where the rest of the order was. After talking to the receptionist, about 15 minutes later, pizza was brought to us. The roll, which we ordered separately, was never brought to us. As a result, we refused it and asked for the bill. After waiting for the bill for another 15 minutes and going to the administrator twice, we finally received it. Of course, the roll was included in the bill, which was not brought. When we contacted the administrator about the bill, a circus began: everyone started running, the waitress with the check ran into the kitchen and disappeared, 5 minutes later they announced to us that the kitchen had forgotten about the order. Why they didn't care when we came up twice asking where the rest of the order was is not clear. The bill was fixed for us and the receptionist brought it with the words "Sorry, the kitchen was overloaded. It will be better next time." Although the seating capacity of the hall was 50%, it is not clear what overloaded the kitchen. And of course, there won't be a next time. It was a pity to pay 10% included in the bill for such service.

Previously, there were very tasty vegetarian rolls on the menu, which have now been removed from the menu, and they can only be ordered for delivery or pickup (what?). We waited 40 minutes for our order, although we didn't order much at all. Soy sauce was not brought to the rolls, and I had to ask the waiters for it twice, and wait another 10 minutes
I recommend that everything is very tasty, clean and the main thing is that the products are fresh and high-quality, super, people know how to work, a calm family atmosphere. My friends and I are very happy.
