We bought a tour to the UAE through the manager Julia. I liked everything very much. A very friendly and competent specialist. Full consultation on all kinds of issues from flight to stay. I recommended a good hotel for families with children, the DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Island. The room, the staff, the kitchen, the alcohol – everything is at a very decent level. The impressions from the cooperation are extremely positive.

Отличное турагенство. Неоднократно его посещал.
Уютное помещение. Приветливый и улыбчивый женский персонал.
Отдельно хочется отметить Юлию Сергеевну, т.к. неоднократно с ней коммуницировал. Приятная девушка, профессионал своего дела. Готова все подробно рассказать, показать и объяснить.
Человек, которому не все равно на клиента. Поможет при возникновении каких-то вопросов/проблем. Практически поддержка 24 / 7. Не бросит, даже если проблема "на той стороне".

Турагенты "деревянные" , каменные лица , стандартные фразы, бездушный подход. Компанию в большинстве случаев интересует их деньги , а что будет с туристом ...читайте договор.
