I learned about them from my friend, who, after the imposition of sanctions against Russia, like me, was looking for options for purchasing goods from abroad. After showing them his new sneakers and several expensive sports jackets, Sunny Valley's credibility was beyond doubt. I made two trial orders with bicycle components from the Bikeinn website (as of May 2023, this store does not have payment mechanisms for goods with bank cards of Russian banks, but shipping to Russia is possible). That is, I needed a service only for the purchase of the corresponding product. Interaction with Andrey's team was built as follows: I drop the link to the product in WhatsApp, they send me a calculation taking into account their commission, I transfer funds (please note that Sunny Valley is registered as a legal entity with its legal address, details and Andrey Bukin, who is the CEO, and this means that they work officially), then they make a ransom with an indication of my home address immediately. After the store sends the goods, Andrey sent me a track to track the parcel. I have already ordered more than five parcels with a large number of bicycle accessories and equipment, and I have successfully received all of them. Specifically, parcels from this store went from 14 to 30 days. Before the logistical problems, this deadline was the same! Next, I had a need for a new guitar. It was decided to place an order from the MusicStore website. I have already successfully purchased guitars and guitar equipment in this store. Currently, this store does not accept payments from Russian citizens and does not ship goods to the territory of Russia. In this case, the guitar should "go" through Armenia. After the cost was calculated for me with all the payments that followed, I transferred the funds to Andrey's account details and the next day they sent me a tracking track. Four days later, the guitar was already in Andrey's hands in Austria (the store sent it from Germany). And something happened that I was actually ready for, but I couldn't even imagine what it looked like. A respected international major music store sent an expensive guitar without a pickguard (an integral part of the guitar, look on the Internet what it is). I wrote to Andrey about it. Now I want to pay special attention to the readers of the reviews! Without any unnecessary words, he assured me that the guitar would be returned back to the store and we would demand a refund. That's how it was done! Taking into account the return of the product and the consideration by the store of the refund request, the funds were returned in full to the Sunny Valley account within two to three weeks, which they immediately notified me about. I decided to order the same model, but in a different color in the same store. Also in Austria, after Andrey received another guitar, a video report was sent to me. Everything was already in order with this guitar and it went to me through Armenia. A month has passed since I paid for the guitar and received it at my home address in Russia. Excellent timing in the current situation! Before the bans, this period was three weeks. And now I am the lucky owner of the Gibson dream guitar! I want to say that the reviews about the fraud of Andrey's team have nothing to do with reality.
