I'm not a fan of writing negative reviews, but it's very difficult to restrain myself, especially knowing that many unknowingly can get into a similar situation.
SunnyTours left a dubious impression from the first day, but the desire to go on vacation with friends overshadowed the mind. Our company purchased vouchers to Hurghada, at a fairly high price. We were not given any recommendations on hotels. What is the difference between all inclusive and ultra, we learned from another travel agency because no one in our company knew the answer, what kind of entertainment they also did not say, no information from the word at all. We waited a week for the package with the tour, neither a receipt nor any piece of paper confirming a small transaction was provided to us. When we went to find out where our tickets were a week later, the employee said that the girl who led us had gone on vacation and no one knew anything. (She went on vacation without telling us, not her colleagues...) When we asked about the transfer, it turned out that for some reason the employee decided to put the girls on a separate bus and the boys on a separate one, although we said from the first day that we were all going together. We came to you as a group of 5 people...based on what logic could it be decided to separate the girls from the boys in different transfers? But all this is also not so scary compared to what was waiting for us on the spot.
1. No one met us...we were forced to look for a transfer ourselves and eventually went to the hotel with a completely different company, because ours was not there at all.
2. The rooms were at the very beginning of the hotel, where construction was underway and garbage and construction materials were constantly scattered on the lawn at the entrance to the rooms....Although we have clarified many times where we want the room, which one, how, what...
3. A medium-sized room with stained towels. The faucet in the bathroom was just in my hands. The safe did not work in the second room and they were waiting for a replacement for a day.
4. Food...There are not enough words here. It was just the MAIN FAILURE OF EVERYTHING!!! Not only was it scary to look at, it was scary to eat. The food had no taste, there was no normal fish, there was no seafood, we saw mango by chance in a nearby hotel on the very last day. Sweet neon colors...the worst nightmare has become a reality.
5. Booze is diluted swill. Of course, we knew that there would not be something expensive and high-quality, but out of a ton of our friends, no one had such an experience as alcohol. You can drink, but obviously not worth it.
6. The restaurants by appointment were SLIGHTLY better than the communal dining room. But everything looked just as bad, undercooked, undercooked. Before each meal, we always drank medicine. Probably none of us has ever taken so many pills in our entire lives.
Perhaps the agency is not to blame for all of the above, but somehow it turns out that an unrealistic number of our close friends went to Hurghada with other agencies and returned very satisfied and happy.
When we asked our friends about the hotel, they wrote to their travel agents with a question about it, they replied that it was a very bad place and the agency always warns about it.
I can list the cons endlessly, there are so many of them.
If you want to spend a bad vacation, then be sure to contact SunnyTours!
My friends and I had a terrible experience with this organization.
They didn't get in touch promptly, they didn't explain anything properly until we started a frank interrogation. They offer us packages, we ask what is the difference between this and that, they answer "we don't know"
There are 2 weeks left before departure and the employee who was doing our business went on vacation, and no one else knows who we are and what we want...
We were told that they would meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel, but in fact we had to look for greeters.
We were told that they had booked the rooms we had chosen, but the hotel gave us what we had, in order to get what we wanted, we had to pay extra...
Why should I pay something to third parties if I have already paid the organizers for everything?? It seems like they didn't do anything.
Sani Tours has just terrible service. I didn't have high expectations, but they still managed to disappoint me. I am not going to use their services again and I do not advise others
I have almost never left a negative review, BUT this case does not allow me to stay away and I want to warn others against a FAILED MISTAKE.
Having decided to fly with a group of friends, we turned to the SunnyTours travel agent and from the very first day they left a dubious impression. We had a company of 5 friends, we bought vouchers to Hurghada at a fairly high price (about $ 1100 per person). The travel agent did not give any recommendations on hotels, every time we had to find out everything ourselves and ask them, in response they simply discounted the cost of hotels and that's it. The travel agent did not have even the simplest information, what is the difference between All Inclusive and Ultra All Inclusive with an additional fee - the travel agent did not know, and when asked to find out, we received the answer “Well, we can call the hotel to ask, but they may not tell us what the difference is). What kind of entertainment is there, what is included in the package (after all, there were restaurants in the hotel in addition to the buffet), they did not say, in short, they could not provide us with any information normally. I had to find out the difference at another travel agency.
We waited for a package of documents for more than a week, after payment, neither a check nor any confirmation that the payment was made and we would not be thrown - we were NOT provided. When we ourselves went to find out the situation more than a week later, where our tickets were, where the hotel reservation was and why no one had contacted us yet, we were told that the girl who dealt with us had GONE ON VACATION and none of her colleagues knew what she had promised us, where the documents were. And they can't provide them to us, because all the documents are on her computer, which has a password. She left without warning us or handing over the case to her colleagues so that they could lead us on.
For the record, there are three guys and two girls. When we finally asked about the transfer, it turns out that the employee, for some reason, decided to send the girls by one bus and the guys by another bus. In a foreign country, she divided a single group into two buses and did not warn us, although we said from the first day that we were one group of friends and flying together. The problems did not end there. When we forced them to change our transfer, the problems continued upon arrival in Hurghada.
1. No one met us....we had to look for a transfer ourselves, as a result, there was no promised bus near the airport or in the parking lot, and we had to ask another tour company to take us to our hotel.
2. We booked certain rooms with a travel agent, but in fact it turned out that these rooms were occupied and we were given rooms at the very beginning of the hotel near the road where the construction was going on, garbage was scattered on the lawn and construction materials were everywhere..We checked with the travel agent 10 times that the rooms would be different and we were told that there would definitely be those that we want.
3. The rooms were of average quality, the towels were stained. The faucet in the bathroom broke on the first day, the safe did not work in another room and it was repaired for 2 days, all this time valuables had to be hidden.
4. The food is just disgusting. So much so that everyone who was on the train lost several kilograms on their return. The food was not just scary to look at, it was immediately disgusting. The food had no taste, there was no normal fish either, Sweet with the taste of chemistry and the color of nuclear fire.
5. Booze at the hotel is absolutely diluted swill. We initially went and assumed that this would happen, but the SunnyTours travel agent sold us an Ultra All Inclusive package in which they promised high-quality imported alcohol. As a result, there was no difference between All and Ultra. We asked other vacationers there and compared what is available to them and us.
6. Restaurants were pre-recorded from 10:00 to 10:30 where you need to stand in a huge queue and not the fact that they will have time to record you. But the food is generally better than in the canteens. Before each meal, they took medications so as not to get poisoned.
I understand that the travel agent is not to blame for all of the above points, after returning home, we decided to ask other travel agents about our hotel and everyone dissuaded us and said that any travel agent should dissuade, but SunnyTours did not do this. If you want to spoil your vacation - SunnyTours.
