The hotel is right on the beach, slightly outdated rooms, but clean, comfortable, better with direct sea views, side (especially the part facing the courtyard) there is no view of the roadway, it is noisy and stuffy. Cleaning every day, the staff is helpful. At the reception - Russian, English, German languages. Breakfast buffet- there is a choice, cheeses, bacon, sausages, eggs, porridge, loaves (they make themselves), sweets, fruits, yogurt, vegetables and greens are few.
On the territory between the hotel and the beach there is a swimming pool, sun beds (they are assigned to the room for the entire stay).
The hotel has its own restaurant, indoor pool, sauna and a small fitness room.
Well, this is an average of 4 stars, the price corresponds.
The beach is good, the waves are small, there are no rocks and mud, shallow, great for children. The street is full of shops, pharmacies, cafes and other things.

The hotel is excellent, the best in Protaros. Russians and British mostly have a rest. There are quite a few couples of non-traditional orientation. We had a room with a private pool (there are several such rooms in the hotel), it was amazing. The staff is polite. There is a Russian-speaking receptionist at the reception. The food is varied. Freshly squeezed juice and champagne were offered at breakfast. The meat was not very tasty. There was no ice cream. The rooms were cleaned well, towels were changed every day. Everything is very clean and pleasant. The entrance to the sea with small stones and the beach were not cleaned (after the storm, algae and debris were still lying on the shore, although everything was immediately removed from other hotels)

Great hotel. A good place for relaxation and relaxation for both families and couples. Themed dinners with an entertainment program are held in the evenings. I would love to come again, but this year the price tag has become brutal.

A wonderful holiday hotel in Protaras. High-quality cuisine, polite and helpful staff, and most importantly - fig tree bay beach is literally 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace!!!!

Finally, after a year and a half of waiting, we went to Cyprus, to Protaras, Sunrise Beach Hotel. We were here 10 years ago, I wanted to come back again. We waited for the repairs to be completed, then when the pandemic hit. We arrived. In general, everything is not bad. Indeed, after the repair, the buildings were slightly refreshed. But the deck chairs, mattresses and umbrellas were just waiting in the wings; they were worn out. Breakfasts are partially served, and dinners are served exclusively on the terraces. The staff at the restaurants is working like hell, but the level of service has noticeably decreased. Previously, local and visitors from Eastern Europe worked here. Now both Africans and Chinese are Malaysians. Apparently, it doesn't work out very well. Maria, the waiter, helped a lot on the first day. She speaks Russian well, and Marina, the receptionist at the reception, has been here for a long time, is also very friendly. The rooms are cleaned daily, clean, linen is changed every three days, towels are daily. At the meeting - wine in the room. In general, all the amenities. In my opinion, it justifies its 4 stars. The main thing is the first line, the beach beyond the lawn. The territory is well maintained, trees, flowers. Definitely one of the best hotels in Protaras.

We were in Protaras this summer, June 2021. Fabulous vacation in fig Tree Bay. A cozy place. The magical, clear water and the sea breeze were an extraordinary pleasure!

Nice hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are small, but the location in front of the beach of the hotel itself is gorgeous. The food is varied but simple. The staff is polite and kind. In general, I liked everything and plan to return here.

Are you from Russia? You will be accommodated on the lower floor and in a few days the toilet will flow in the room. On Wednesdays (or Thursdays), one of the restaurants on the street arranges a wild party and the DJ bangs until 3 a.m. The manager will not move you to another floor, and if she does, it will not help you, because you will be even closer to restaurants with loud music. Don't get fooled by the inexpensive cost.
This hotel is good if you like to bring more food to the room from dinner, grab 10 ice creams, as many hands as you can, and then fall asleep drunk in the room.
If you value yourself, then don't look at this hotel.
