After that, the tour continued to go "according to plan". While my girlfriend was sitting in a semi-fainting state on a horse. No attempts were even made to help in the form of early transportation to the medical center, the program also continued to go "according to plan". There was not even a refund offered for the ruined vacation. But at the very beginning, we were given to sign a "piece of paper" denying claims that had no legal value. We were left at the collection point, we had to get to the nearest emergency room on our own at our own expense.
