Excellent residential complex, cozy duplex apartments 2+1. Good stable Internet, Fiber optic, is great for IT professionals. There are shops nearby within a 500-meter radius.
Of the disadvantages, the apartments are small, 2 + 1 about 60-70 meters no more. And there is no place for additional furniture anymore, there is not much free space. If you need to put a table for work, then there is nowhere else

We have been vacationing for 3 years in a row, a great complex, near the sea and a shop. The protected area, the children walked by themselves in the evenings. Garbage is cleaned, order and cleanliness.

My parents have been vacationing there for 5 years in a row, my child and I went for the first time for 3 years, we really liked it:no people , calm and measured.We had a fresh room, renovated, ground floor with access to the pool, heated pools, but it's not scary, the area is clean, well maintained. The beach and the sea are 3 minutes away , nowhere closer . I would like to update the deck chairs for the next season and there would be no disadvantages at all. It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the restaurants, the food is quite tasty on the territory, but the prices are higher than we would like, the store on the territory has everything you need.we had a car and we didn't have any problems at all with groceries, visiting the nearest attractions and various beaches, all this is 15-30 minutes from the hotel. We booked the next year right away.

We really enjoyed relaxing in this apartment, it is comfortable and beautiful, everything is there. The beach is a few minutes away, the first line, there is a small shop with everything you need. It's a bit far from the city, of course. But the dolomites walk quite often, you also need to walk to the restaurants on the embankment.

Pros: overall clean, the rooms are cozy, the pools are good, the beach is clean with a shower.
Cons: wifi worked very poorly, there were a lot of people everywhere, the pools were overflowing (it's not real to swim there), the room had bedside tables and cabinets half broken , few sockets. We wanted to swim in the pool near the bar in the evening at about 18.30 , they kicked us out , said it was closing, go to another one, it's absolutely not clear why , no one warned us about it.

For the second time we rest in this apartment complex.
It is clear why - for us it is an ideal choice. You can choose apartments with 1-, 2-, 3-bedrooms, (and these are not standard hotel rooms, but full-fledged apartments with a living room, kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher, a full set of dishes, a full-size refrigerator, etc., a veranda with a grill and access to the pools). And most importantly - no olinclusive!
In general, like at home, but better. Because the sea is just outside the gate.
Chalish Beach is, in my opinion, one of the best in Turkey, next to which you can settle. There are absolutely gorgeous beaches, such as Iztuzu, for example, but they are located in protected areas, and you can only get there by car, or through a tourist office.
There are plenty of sun beds, umbrellas, and a stationary awning on the beach at the hotel. I have never seen that all the sun beds were occupied - there are always free ones. There is a strip of pebbles along the beach, but in the sea the bottom is sandy.
In terms of eating, there is a restaurant in the hotel, there are a dozen more within walking distance, but we stocked up on food at the local Migros and cooked ourselves. Alcohol is expensive, but we found local dry table wine at 110 lire per bottle in the same Migros, grilled lamb in the evenings (there is a wonderful meat department in Migros), fish, kufta, and it went well for this business.
For me, the main advantage is silence, peace and the absence of crowds of people. We went to the widely advertised Kash, to explore - maybe we should stop there next time? - so there's nowhere to put a foot there because of tourists, let alone park a car - barely got out - not another foot.
Well, to summarize - this is a place for those who love peace and freedom.

The apartments themselves are not bad, a large territory, a perimeter fence, security, swimming pools on the territory (do not work in January), some rooms have a stove /grill on the balcony. The apartments on the 1st floor are quite dark, there is little light, but perhaps in the summer in the heat it will be more plus than minus. The apartments on the 2nd floor are brighter and you can even see the sea, the main plus is the proximity to the beach-it's across the street) it's 10’ walk to the store. A bus stops nearby and you can get to the center)
Minus for trying to deceive and instill in bad dirty rooms, then they don't really go to a meeting to change them.

The sea is dirty, the restaurant is expensive and tasteless. There is no cleaning really - in 2 weeks, they came 1 time, wiped the floor in the field of view and that's it.
At my check-in, almost all the bed linen was dirty. The owners of the apartments absolutely do not follow the number - the dead man is completely dead.
The pool is turned off at night and it is not filtered, it just stands in the heat with all the scales and other waste products.

We rested at Sunset beach club from May 27 to June 26, 2023. We rented two - bedroom apartments . Everything is very good - the beach is nearby, there are enough sun beds on the beach, the pools are clean, there are enough sun beds by the pools. The territory is being cleaned. Before the start of the season, at the end of May, repairs were completed outside. Cleaning in apartments once a week - cleaning, linen change (we often rest in apartments - there was no cleaning anywhere). A dishwasher and a lot of kitchen utensils, a washing machine, everything for ironing , enough places to store clothes, TV with Russian channels. When dealing with some problems, everything was solved in a timely and fast manner. Shops - you need to walk for 5-8 minutes or by dolmusha. Fethiye liked his unhurried and not fussy life. There are agricultural markets with goods from vegetable gardens .

We rested with our daughter for 5 years together, rented an apartment. A room with one bedroom and a kitchen-living room, a terrace by the pool. From mid-October to November 5, 2020. The territory is excellent, well maintained, clean, the staff is friendly. I cleaned the apartment myself, cooked by myself, the bed was changed once in 20 days, the service staff. Well, I will not say that I am delighted with such a holiday, of course it is better to have everything ready, it is just one of the types of rest. In principle, the vacation turned out to be budget-friendly but long. I have a lot of friends with children vacationing in neighboring villas, on the territory of the complex, we had fun. The sea is 23.5-24 degrees at this time of year. We swam until the last day, the water was colder in the pools.The contingent of vacationers was 👌 everything was quiet, calm without noisy parties. It's just right to relax there with children!

We have been vacationing there for several years. Periodically, Russians or Ukrainians get drunk and punch each other in the face. The place itself is beautiful. There are many cafes. 35 lira and you are in Fethiye (taxi). To Chalysh by bus 5 lire. In general, it's not bad. To migros (shop) only by taxi. Unless, of course, you want to cook in the apartment yourself. You won't be able to rest quietly. Shanghai.

We rented a villa for 6 days. Plumbing is a three-piece, furniture is at best a three-piece. It all needs to be checked, it may be broken. As well as the pool at the villa, communal pools, the beach and the entire interior are five stars. It is not very convenient to carry things out of the car, since the side exits are closed, we have not found any trolleys. But in general, everything is very good.

A good budget vacation. The cost of apartments for three or four with a balcony and barbecue on the terrace is about 70-80 dollars.
There are 8 swimming pools on the territory (large!), the sea is a hundred meters away. Private beach.

The place is on fire, we really liked it (there is a taxi stand nearby, the beach is right at the entrance to the hotel, shops are a 10-minute walk from the hotel). Stayed in a 2-storey room, be careful on the stairs, I broke my leg in it.

Our apartments are very "tired", in need of repair. The staff does not provide even an ordinary mop, rags and so on for cleaning! You have to constantly ask or buy yourself. The Internet is disgusting, sometimes not at all. And so the location is good, the beach is good, sandy. But because of the sand, the sea on the beaches is muddy and dirty.
