I was here in 2020. A great place to stop. The view of the sea and the Monastery is simply fantastic.
It's a bit high on foot, but by car it's normal. The hotel is clean and quiet, the shared kitchen downstairs is also with a gorgeous terrace. New Athos, in general, I think the best place to relax, there is somewhere to walk in the evening and it is not expensive!

The hotels have everything you need, clean rooms with convenience, a refrigerator, a shared kitchen, what is needed in Abkhazia (homemade food is the key to your health).
The peculiarity of the hotel is that it is located very high on a mountain, i.e. it is not located. The hotel provides a shuttle service on time for descent and ascent, an excellent free supplement. service.

It is good for everyone, except for a rather distant location, if there is a car then no problem. It's quiet, there is a shared kitchen, barbecue, skewers, grill, everything you need. The air conditioners in the rooms work perfectly, the view from the window is simply stunning

Of the cons:
- there is no shelf for shampoos, gels, etc. in the shower, only a soap dish for soap and that's it. There is also mold, the pallet of the cabin is cracking, it seems that it is now falling apart underfoot... When exiting the cabin, there is no mat under your feet, you have to stand on bare tiles.
- the front door to the room was constantly opening, the lock was flimsy. And I want to note that the key was issued one for two.
- there is no night lighting in the room, i.e. either the main light or none.
- there are no chairs in the room, but there is a table.
- there is no hair dryer and iron in the room.
Of the advantages:
+ a balcony with a magnificent view of the sea. (13 number);

+ Clothes dryer on the balcony;
+ Transfer to the sea from the hotel.

When checking in, they gave the wrong number for which they were traveling. With the words: there are no options, if you don't like it, don't check in. No apologies, no compensation. Of the 4 people working at the reception, two can speak Russian adequately. If you lose the room key, they don't have a spare one)) the view from the window is good, on the monastery, on the sea. There is a kitchen downstairs where you can cook. There is a laundry service.

I can safely give a rating of 5 out of 5 for the hotel and the staff, the staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. Great view from the balcony that will complement your vacation!!!
