Excellent hotel in the northern part of Pattaya. Quiet and lots of greenery. Squirrels at breakfast cheer you up for the whole day. The rooms are clean, cleaning every day. A great breakfast for every taste. The square with the Dolphin fountain is directly opposite the hotel, and roads diverge from the square in all directions. The sea is 400 meters away.
And the highlight on the cake: Terminal 21 shopping center is across the street, and there you will find everything your heart desires. I highly recommend it!

It's love at first sight 😍 we are not spoiled tourists and this was our first hotel abroad 😍 clean, friendly staff, lived in a bungalow, near the fountain square, terminal 21, fork in the road to any part of Pattaya, fable clean, greenery all around 😍 birds sing, cable TV (tuned their music) food European 👍 near a pharmacy and a sea of restaurants. Guys, this is the best, quiet and cozy hotel

A 3-star hotel, small, in principle, as stated.It is oriented towards a European, or rather a German.There are almost 70% of them here.There are only a few Russians. We rested for 14 days.I'll start with the pros.Responsive staff, trouble-free.No negativity was noticed.Meals : breakfast is excellent, varied, delicious and up to 10 a.m. (this is a rarity in hotels).The pool is small.Clean, well maintained.A small, green area with wildlife: from squirrels to exotic birds (but they scream 24/7).The hotel is old, there are scuffs, but Thai care is felt.I'll say this: the hotel is aimed at adults.There are almost no children , which is a plus, and who has a minus.Let 's move on to the cons .The first and most important thing for me is the location of the hotel.Inconvenient.They don't drive Tuk-tuks.Taxi only.The area is very expensive for everything :from smoothies from 80-120 baht, to massage from 1200 baht !All the inscriptions are in Chinese.It feels like China)))The markets are targeted at Chinese and Indians.There are no vegetables anywhere !I bought vegetables 2 times in two weeks, and then I caught a makashnitsa.Prices near the hotel; Shrimp 1kg 800 baht,pad thai 150-200 baht ,smoothies (mango,watermelon,pineapple and all)80-120 baht.Fruits are really expensive (2 mangoes 100 baht,3 mangosteen 250 baht!), in the hotel ; German cuisine from 330 baht per serving ala sausages with mashed potatoes .Even the 7/11 store is more expensive here than in other areas.Delicious food is worth looking for.As well as a massage for 300 baht.There are old Europeans with Thais in hotels - most of the residents )As for me ; a one-time hotel

The location of the hotel is good: grocery stores, good cafes, everything is nearby. Terminal 21, where there is sometimes a market 10 minutes walk away. Wongamat beach is also nearby. The hotel has quite a good buffet breakfast. That's where the advantages end. The room stock is old, the furniture and appliances are worn out by time. There are only 1 sockets, and the other 2 are American standard, and the lamps above the bed and the refrigerator are connected directly to the wall to the electrical wiring on a twist...There are cracks in the windows, hello, mosquitoes. In the bathroom, the water is cold with weak pressure, okay, it's hotter than hot.) The air conditioner is built into the lintel, as in the central type, although it is controlled by buttons on the bedside table), and worked poorly. But as a rule, it was still cool at night. There is a swimming pool, the water is clean, but the bar is open until 7 pm. There are no kettles in the room. At the reception there are thermopots and thermoses that can be used in the room. But if you close your eyes and enjoy your vacation, plus there is a green area around, then the rest will be quite good.

Great hotel. There were 10 days in December. Very convenient location. Everything is nearby. And Terminal 21, and a bunch of shops and cafes. A leisurely 15 minutes walk to the beach. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. Let's come back again!!!

That's it, the rest is behind us, the long tossing about choosing a hotel before buying a tour, hundreds, if not thousands of reviews I've read, in an attempt to avoid unpleasant moments, thank you very much to everyone who writes detailed reviews, and I'll try to thank you for noting the main points!
So: thanks to the reviews, our choice fell on the Sunshine Garden Resort hotel, and we didn't regret it for a second!
I tell you: the entrance to the hotel is hidden behind flowering trees and trimmed bushes just off the main street. If you leave the hotel not directly onto the street, but to the left, you get to the parking lot, from where guests are picked up and brought, very convenient, no crowding and fuss. The reception is 24-hour- we were greeted with welcome juice, helped to connect the hotel's free Wi-Fi to the phone and escorted to the room. We chose a room with a view of the pool, as it turned out, we did not lose)..
1) complete silence, imagine living in the center of a noisy city and not hearing it! We have never heard of neighbors, the doors are good, no cracks with light, as we have read about other hotels.
2) Large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the balcony, but thick double curtains did not give a chance to the scorching sun, on the balcony there are two chairs, a table, a dryer.
3) The air conditioner is good, it does not blow on the bed, it is possible to set the sleep mode.
4) Large TV, (not watched), kettle, tea sets, tea coffee, water, of course, refrigerator, hairdryer, and safe-free! Yes, there is no deposit!
5) A large bed made with snow-white linens, a new comfortable mattress, new pillows and a blanket.
6) There is a low bathroom in the bathroom, there was always hot water.
7) Cleaning- change of towels -daily, without requests and reminders.
Towels for the beach and pool could be taken by the pool with sun beds, from the very early morning.
Then there is breakfast: a full-fledged varied buffet with a change of dishes, taking into account the taste preferences of all guests, for the declared three-simply gorgeous breakfasts from 7 to 10 in the morning. And you can have breakfast on the outdoor veranda, under the blooming plumeria, watching the nimble squirrels and listening to the birds singing.
The entire hotel is clean, all public areas are in perfect condition, all staff are always smiling, ready to help 24/7.
Further:location: imagine-you leave the hotel, on the right is a massage parlor with good reviews, but you haven't been there, I can't say anything, on the left is an inexpensive pharmacy (compared with others, and even shops), with a huge selection and! Attention, the staff who understands Russian well!!!! This is really important!
Next, you will see a dolphin ring right in front of you, which means that you can simply go to songteo in any direction! Some stop right at the entrance to the hotel.
Next: to eat-well, you probably don't have to talk about makashnitsy- they are everywhere, the night market is at Terminal 21, which is a five-minute walk away, and in the terminal itself there is a good food court, open from 11 to 22.
The guests are mostly Europeans, as well as our compatriots.
We went swimming on one of the cleanest beaches in the city of Vongamat, literally 7-10 minutes on foot. Well, or we went to Koh Lan Island, it's very easy to get to the ferry, given the transport interchange.
It seems that I mentioned all the important points that people usually pay attention to when choosing a hotel, in general, we strongly recommend it!!! Have a good rest!

We had a vacation with my husband from March 17 to March 27, 2024. I liked everything very much. Wonderful breakfasts. Fruits, vegetables, meat, chicken, lots of cookies for tea and coffee. Delicious soup, sausages, ham, egg dishes and many more. Everything is very tasty cooked. I wonder why they write that poor breakfasts. We can have breakfast in the restaurant, but we ate on the veranda under the blooming plumeria trees. There are birds singing and squirrels jumping on trees.The hotel has a very good location. Near Terminal 21 and Marina Shopping Center. The sea is not far away. The pool for children and adults is clean, there are always free sun beds. And I really liked that the tourists of our hotel can visit the pool of the Green Park hotel

The location of this hotel is so good that you can close your eyes to other shortcomings! The rooms are in TERRIBLE condition, everything is very dirty, old, the photos on the site do not correspond to reality, the furniture is aging, scary, stripped, there are only 2 towels and they are very dirty, it feels like they are being transferred from residents to residents without washing! The rooms are very damp and dirty, clouds of mosquitoes! They never dared to swim in the pool, because elderly Germans drive prostitutes to the hotel without any restrictions and they splash in this pool. The reception staff is ugly, only "hello" and "know" know English. The hotel itself is 90 percent empty, but they will try to shove you into the dirtiest and smelliest room and will repeat that the hotel is full! We were put in a family room with adjacent doors and promised that there would be no one in the next room, but they immediately shoved a family with two small children into the next room! That is, the staff will do everything to make you feel bad and have fun laughing at you!
