It was impossible not to notice him during the washing process, hence the conclusion: at the end of the day, the guys decided to cheat, it's still dark, they won't notice. Well, you noticed, but it was too late. At exactly 21:00, we realized what a jamb was on the car, and the sink was already closed.
Bottom line: 1. Yes, you are fools, you need to check everything without leaving the cash register, no one asks for compensation.
2. When clients write to you on Viber, and you ignore them, you lose the client. Learn to communicate.
3. When you charge a job that is much higher than the average for the city, give the result so that it is clear what to pay for. There is no such thing.
4. There is simply no desire to return there at least once or recommend a car wash to friends.
