Today, on August 15, 2024, we rode on a morning flight on the saps with Alexey. Everything would be explained and shown to us. Morning exercises were carried out. Then we went to the sea and had a wonderful ride on the saps. We learned to stand on them, swam and climbed back in. It was great, sporty and positive. Alexey showed a headstand master class on the sapa, it was cool. In general, we were satisfied, even if we were a little tired of rowing back. Thank you very much.
