Great hotel in the old part of the city!
Very friendly staff, clean rooms.
The location is fire!
Sultanahmet Square is right across the street.
Tram stop from where you can get to the square. Toksim and the Grand Bazaar.
There are 2 nuances - not comfortable pillows and always a wet floor in the bathroom.
I definitely recommend the hotel.
The price is several times lower than the quality of the hotel))

The location of the hotel is great! In the very center of the area, with the most famous sights of Istanbul! Polite staff! Cleanliness and order! Decent breakfasts! And of course, the magnificent view from the terrace!

We had a rest in Sura for the second time. The first one was 11 years ago, when it first opened. And there is something to compare it with. The rooms are clean and well cleaned. The food for breakfast is excellent and varied. It's well thought out even for kids. The only thing is the dishes are chipped. But, as I understand it, this is the norm for Istanbul. And it always smells delicious in the corridors, just a thing! Thank you and we will definitely come back. By the way, there's a good restaurant downstairs, but it's not cheap! The location of the hotel is excellent! I advise everyone)

A great hotel, a good location, a good room, although the air conditioner turned on itself and heated to +27, although it was turned off. Breakfast for 4+. The staff is polite and friendly. I'll stop again. I recommend.

The disadvantages (not related to the hotel) are narrow streets and eternal traffic jams.

We chose this hotel based on high ratings and because we decided to stay in the center for the first time. We won't come here a second time.
The rooms are small, but not bad. They clean well
We were at breakfast once. I would advise you to take accommodation without breakfast, it is better to eat outside, there are a lot of places around.

The hotel does not meet its price. The room is very shabby , the rooms are very tired . Cleaning for 2. The photos of the hotel do not correspond to reality. There is no Skrvis , we booked a room with a view , in fact a room with a view of the entrance . The noise and music were constantly coming from the windows . This is the worst hotel we've been to in 5 years. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, then look for other options.

Nice hotel.
The location is just great. Walking distance to the main attractions. As in the whole of Istanbul, there are a huge number of street restaurants…

We booked one room,: with a view of the Mosque , on arrival we were given a completely different one : the floors are sticky 🤷🏻♀️their slippers stuck with a sound))There is no (!) in the shower and there was no dental solution, brush, soap (in short, the required inventory) !! the dining room of the "restaurant" type is generally a shopping center, a broken wall is hung with a dirty curtain at the entrance , a very meager assortment of dishes , simple water was begged for in the room. the hotel pulls 2*((

Excellent location in the heart of the historical part of Istanbul. Within walking distance of Sultanahmet Mosque (blue Mosque) - 6 min, Hagia Sophia Mosque - 5 min, tram stop - 2 min. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. Beautiful view from the hotel restaurant on St. Sophia. The staff speaks English. Not very varied breakfasts.

Very convenient location, 5 minutes walk to the square with the blue Mosque. Delicious varied breakfasts. Responsive staff. Upon arrival, we were shown all the rooms that we could choose. The rooms are clean, the towels and linen are excellent.

Good day to everyone. The location of the hotel is super. Everything worth seeing nearby, except the Galata Tower and Dolmbakhce, will have to walk for about an hour or drive. The rest is questionable. The staff is doing well, they are trying, there are a lot of Russian speakers. The room stock requires repair and replacement. Breakfast is on the terrace, the view is wonderful, but the food is better at the hotel opposite. The restaurant downstairs is just fine, but the prices are above average. The first trip abroad in three years, what do you say, now how lucky you are. I will return to this hotel, and yes and no. 50-50. You can go, but get ready to defend your rights.
