The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. All attractions are a 15-minute walk away. But prepare comfortable shoes, as there are paving stones all around, as well as constant descents and ascents. Five stars here for accumulated benefits such as the availability of a spa and a swimming pool. But at the same time, there is no shaving kit, dental kit, iron, minibar in the rooms. Which I think is a constant presence in every top five
In general, the rooms are spacious, the bed is large and comfortable! Breakfast is monotonous every day. The toilet in the room is made entirely of mirrored walls, which is quite unexpected and not unusual.
We lived in room 20:18 located on the ground floor overlooking the courtyard, which in turn helped to enjoy the silence and not the constant buzzing of people from the street. But there are rooms starting at 1000 where you will have a view of the concrete wall (photo attached)
In general, you can stop, but obviously not for a long time for a couple of days.
Very good location, all the main attractions are nearby. The service is good, the staff tries to help in everything. The breakfasts are very good and hearty. The room is clean and comfortable.
Great great hotel. For the first time in Istanbul, it is ideal, 5 minutes from the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, near traivai, where you can get to other attractions, and also get to the metro. I took a standard room, they gave me a room in building B on the 4th floor, the view below in the photo. But they can give you a view of the wall, as this is the standard, since there is a dense building in Istanbul. We took breakfasts, good breakfasts, everything you need to eat. You can also go to a nearby hotel for breakfast, which goes to the Sura Design chain and there will be breakfast with a view. Great hotel.
It obviously doesn't pull 5 stars, imho. Maybe we were unlucky. It was a standard room, and there was no closet like a classroom, just open shelves and hangers. There was a safe, but it was like an iron box just lying in a drawer, as they say, grab and run. We may be spoiled, of course, but I think 5 stars implies the presence of bathrobes in the room, there were none. And the breakfasts.. Of course, you won't stay hungry, but we only went because it was paid for, it wasn't very tasty and it was almost the same every day. One of the advantages is the location, the historical center, everything is nearby.
A pleasant place. The staff is caring. The breakfast is quite varied, it can satisfy any requests. Convenient location. Your own hammam. I didn't find any cockroaches.
The best thing about this hotel is not even its location, but the staff. Many thanks to absolutely every employee from the reception to the spa. They made our stay at the hotel unforgettable.
The location is also great, in the heart of the old town. The breakfast is delicious, although not very varied, but you have to understand that this is a city hotel.
The rooms have very comfortable beds and pillows, and for us this is more important than luxurious interiors.
The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and a very cozy spa with wonderful and very polite and helpful staff.
I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends because of the excellent service.
Every time we arrive in Istanbul, we stay at this hotel. Excellent location, rooms , cleanliness, breakfasts, spa , courteous staff , walking distance to Mosques , Grand Bazaar , Bosphorus and other attractions.
We lived from April 17th to April 22nd. Clean, good breakfasts. I chose the hotel so that it had its own terrace, and it was overlooking the Sultan Ahmed mosque) so we saw it every breakfast)
A pleasant courtyard. There is also a hammam, but we didn't have time to get there. Well, the location is the most top-end.
The best thing about this hotel is its location and staff, in terms of location, probably the best in Istanbul I've ever been to, a large number of good restaurants around and all the main attractions within walking distance, very good beds soft mattress comfortable pillows, only positive memories remain from staying at this hotel
The only plus is the location, well, the room is like a room, but not 5 stars, but a solid 3.Breakfasts are 4 out of 10.Coffee is a separate vomit. Before the trip, I read the comments here in Yandex, there were a lot of positive ones, but alas, the negative reviews are truer.IN GENERAL, WHAT CAN I SAY, if you want to go to a 3-star hotel, then it will suit you, but not 5!!!!!!!)))))In general, if you are young and if you need a party, buying things and other interesting things, then my advice is to rent a hotel in the Taksim area there is a lot more interesting.
Super location! Breakfast for four, but the location is much more important! Cozy, comfortable, excellent service, there is always water in the room. Again, a free hamam is also good)
In the photo, the rooms are beautiful👏👌 in Real life 🤦🏻♀️ it's not like that at all! We booked one room , but in the end we were given a completely different one ! There is a smell of paint all along the corridor , all the latticed windows overlook a construction site or landfill🤷🏻♀️🫣There is no soap or other accessories in the showers!! Toothpaste, a brush ,,,, I'm not talking about Bathrobes at all! The "restaurant" has a very poor assortment, dirty mugs, poorly washed forks((( horror! In general, I will never go to them again and I will not advise anyone!
Nice hotel! Convenient location-quiet center! All the main attractions are within walking distance. Excellent and attentive staff! Special thanks for the sensitivity and responsiveness of the managers Furkhat and Rahim!
The presence of a swimming pool in the hotel is rather a pleasant surprise than a first necessity. The rooms are not small, they clean well. We had a view of the garden.
There is a good restaurant right next to the hotel from a famous Turkish chef!
The only drawback is that the furniture in the restaurant needs to be updated for a long time. For this alone, the score is 4
If we follow the principle of associations, and we are in Moscow, then Hotel B is located on Red Square. I wouldn't say it's 5 stars in every sense, but geographically it's a "10". A certain bonus is a swimming pool (in the courtyard) and a hammam (free of charge for hotel guests) . During the day you are in the city, and in the evening you will relax in the hammam. The staff is polite and helpful
We are relaxing here with our family. The most important note is that the card or the door to the room does not work, you need to suffer for a few minutes to enter. The cleaning is strange, dental appliances are brought, the only soap is taken away. I am surprised that the hotel is 5 stars, maximum 4... the beds are uncomfortable. They often don't have time to clean up all day.
The rooms are small and not comfortable.
It's very noisy, it's impossible to sleep!!! The breakfasts are monotonous, the same 2-3 dishes every day
The staff is friendly, friendly

Good location, everything is within walking distance. 5 stars for the location. Do not overstate the requirements for this hotel. The receipt is average.
Not a bad hotel. It is located in the center next to the Sofia Mosque and the Blue Mosque. The rooms are small, but we only slept there. The view from the window is on the windows of another building. The breakfasts are normal, there are a lot of restaurants on the street.
I can't help but share my very pleasant impressions about one of the waiters in the restaurant! His name is DANIYAR JUMAYEV! Attentive and intelligent, always with a smile on his face, always helps in choosing a dish, tells you about the peculiarities of the national forge! I helped in choosing sightseeing routes (how to get there, what to drive up on, how it will be cheaper) and so on In general / if someone needs help , contact him -DANIYARU is mandatory!!!
first, the good thing: Thanks to Maria, the Russian-speaking manager at the reception, the girl responded to all requests and answered all questions, I flew on a business trip, I had to print out the documents, she did everything without questions. And it seemed to me she was a new person at the hotel. There is also a big plus- the main square is 2 steps away, but it can be explored in 1 day.
and the mirror opposite employee will not give a name, behaved rudely, just kicked a colleague out of the room, it turned out that the late check-out previously agreed was not extended until we arrived from the excursion at 15.00 at the hotel, no one called, warned, just then they put up 50 euros and rudely explained that they should quickly pay their own to pick up the suitcases.
in general, the hotel staff is not friendly, they do not welcome, there are no smiles, they asked to call a taxi, the boy just disappeared until they started yelling, in the end they said no one wants to go to the center, there will be no taxi, but no one will tell you about it, as a result, a colleague from the office on the other side of the city without problems She called me.
Transfer to the airport to order = 60 euros!!! taxi 450 lira, what kind of service???
does NOT PULL for 5 * at all!!!
not for the 1st time in Turkey, we felt eternally guilty here, on the 3rd day we stopped changing the bathrobe in the room, there is nowhere to dry, you go to the pool and it's still wet, of course on the 4th I'm leaving, why change it?
the pool is very small, the towel has not yet seen where it lies, no one has offered, the children are playing ball in it, and that's all you won't go in, it's 3 meters by 5, it's just some kind of nook. BUT it would be all right, you need to be more decent with children, 2 children in the pool and you won't go there. Well, breakfasts are for a maximum of 3*, if not for the eggplant appetizer, that's it...There's nothing to eat, coffee just sucks. The men have nothing to eat there, no meat. bright pink sausage and that's it.
YES.. also, there is no window in the room, it's like there, but you can reach the next wall of another house with your hand, it's not realistic to open it.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE SERVICE FOR THIS MONEY
What's the top five, what are you talking about?
2-3 stars and that's a stretch
We chose 5 * closer to the sights, in the end we chose the worst.
You come to the hotel:
Take a swim
Sleep well
To eat breakfast
Drink delicious coffee
Swimming is disgusting, there is fungus and dirt everywhere
It's not good to eat here either, they can't even cook an omelet, it's impossible to eat, the rest of the dishes are a quiet horror
Sleeping is also a problem, the pillows are not comfortable
Coffee is a separate shit, instant
Fresh diluted juice with pulp from a pack
The rooms are dirty
We settled into a room that is 8 meters in size, you need to walk sideways
They started swearing, and they just don't give a shit about you
Pay the money, we'll give it better, a normal five????
People, advice, choose another... this dash
A wonderful hotel! The location is very convenient (the very center of Istanbul, very convenient on foot to Hagia Sophia and other mosques). Amazing service, attentive staff. The only thing I didn't like was it was a little cold in the room, the shower was leaking. But the rating is 5 for the staff, location and delicious breakfasts.
The hotel is well located. The service is very mediocre. The staff is not friendly, especially the girl Maria, who put us in a room with a "view from the window" Is this possible in a 5-star hotel? I do not recommend this Hotel!
Be careful, this is not a five-star hotel. Coffee at breakfast will be given in a paper cup, if you do not ask for it separately each time. The only thanks to the waiter Daniyar.
Hello everyone We recently arrived from Istanbul, we rested in this hotel. I liked everything: starting from the location (leave the hotel and in a minute you are on the square, Ai Sofia is visible from the hotel windows), breakfasts, cleanliness in the rooms and I would especially like to note the respectful, attentive and kind attitude of the staff to customers. Any request is fulfilled, the question is always answered. They're great)))
The hotel is very conveniently located in relation to the main attractions of the city, to the sea, as well as close to the market, next to the street chairs. The room is cozy, clean, with air conditioning in each of the three rooms, both bedrooms have their own bathroom, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub. The lack of bathrobes does not really spoil the impression. Cleaning is daily. A good memory of our March holidays.
