We visited the place, we really liked it. We have passed the test for ourselves: it is not so easy to climb the mountain and descend, but if you do it, then Surb Hovhannes will fulfill his desire. In general, it's worth it. The place is very beautiful, the mountains are amazing. Candles and souvenirs can be bought all along the road. Even at the very end, when you go up to the Mathur (in Armenian it is a small chapel).

Throughout the ascent to the holy place: benches, stalls with drinks and souvenirs, a spring. There are areas for respite.
