We were in October 2024.
1. I'll start with the beach, it's good. The water was clean, there were plenty of deck chairs, and the pier was in place. What's in season will remain a mystery. The coast is gorgeous. It's great for kids.
2. Room with sea view, swimming pool. The room size is perfect. The shower room is large, the mini-bar is replenished. The content is good.
3. Restaurant: the usual five, there are few fish, but it happens. Fruit is scarce, confectionery is for the amateur. There is baby food in cans, in general, everything is passable. There is a service. The only thing not thought out is the maintenance of the fountain during meals, it smells like bleach very much. An employee passes by, throws pellets into the water, bon appetit.
4. Bar: the drinks are decent, the cocktails are disgusting. Maybe someone was more lucky. You can eat at the bar.
5. The pools at the villa are icy, the main ones are in normal condition, not deep.
Now about comfort, the first couple of days you are in search of your room and the right elevator. If you want to find a nightclub, you won't find it if there isn't someone who got there by accident. The club wasn't the goal, but still. As well as persistent massage therapists everywhere: the beach, the pool, etc. The cleaning is normal. The distance from the store is decent. Hardly a second time. The price ratio is very high, there are more interesting analogues.
The rest turned out to be good and 5 stars for it.
This year we visited this hotel for the first time. We have a large family - four children, and we finally found the perfect room for our accommodation - a three-storey triplex with 3 bedrooms. In addition to the bedrooms, there is a large living room, as many as 4 bathrooms and a balcony. In general, for large companies and large families, the room is simply indispensable, although I do not recommend taking it unnecessarily: running up stairs is very tiring. A staircase leads down from the balcony to the indoor pool complex - very unusual, the children were just happy. These pools are arranged in a ring around the entire interior space.
The entrance to the sea is 5 points : very flat (just Anapa) and completely without stones. The slippers are completely unnecessary. This rarely happens anywhere, even in hotels of a higher class, so I write about it separately.
The hotel itself is tired, the paint on the wooden panels is peeling, it would be useful to renovate. The food is like in the average Turkish "five", without frills. After "Gloria" and "Voyage", so-so, but everything is quite tasty and edible, seafood periodically flashed. There are local drinks, there are imported ones - you need to ask for a good one, and they pour it.
The kids' club is beautiful and unusual - there is a swimming pool inside. The staff of the children's club are very attentive and responsible, the children were happy.
Among the disadvantages: in general, the layout of the territory is not thought out, many objects are not located logically, it is difficult to find them the first time. Then, of course, you get used to it.
I would like to note separately the work of the reception and guest relations: honest and client-oriented professional employees work everywhere. The reception is always ready to answer all questions and help in any situation, but we are almost akin to guest relations, and even after departure. When leaving, the children forgot a lot of things in different secret drawers, we did not have time to check everything. Of the valuable things were the keys to the apartment, well, and all sorts of small things, power banks, chargers… In general, I wanted to return it all - mainly because of the keys. The staff of guest relations not only found everything and put it together, but also saved it for 5 months, and then organized the transfer of all this stuff to another hotel where our friends were vacationing. The transfer process was not easy, I had a third-party connection with the courier, but the hotel was constantly in touch and everything went smoothly only thanks to their responsibility.
In general, I recommend the hotel, but not as a luhari, but as a good quality "five".
Susesi is a good hotel, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who has not been to Belek. There are good workers, a cool beach, a football field, a spa, a volleyball court and much more. I love Sushi, see this is the hotel of my childhood, every year we went to it and I went everywhere, and it was the same the next year, and the next year, and so on until the Coronavirus. When the pandemic ended, we did not go to Soucesi for a long time, but last year I returned there and on the last day we met an atheist who recognized me and my brother, because it was an Atheist who remembered us when we were at the hotel the last time.
