We were here with three families in July 2023! In general, we had a good rest, but now I'll tell you exactly why) Firstly, it turned out to combine two ordinary premium rooms with a mini pool on the balcony, it was certainly a delight! For the money that it costs in reality, I would never give it away) although they wrote that the repair is fresh, well, maybe it is fresh, but already tired) there is a pool with shade, it was especially important in plus 43 in the shade, insanely hot! About the food, well, they pumped up, to be honest, it seems like a lot of things, but not more than 15 percent of the total mass is delicious! The drinks are good, no questions asked! Ice cream and various sweet things by the beach, delicious! Restaurants on the street, well, it's still a pleasure in the heat, it's impossible to eat at all, I would recommend sprayers with cold water)

Service, service, quality and variety of food are excellent, although some culinary delights are definitely not worth waiting for here.
A great beach, a very comfortable entrance to the sea, including for children, although umbrellas from the sun could already be updated.
There are a sufficient number of snack bars and just bars, a good kids' club with animation, although by the end of the season it is no longer fully operational.
But what exactly needs attention is the condition of the main building itself in terms of cosmetic repairs, the exterior is all shabby, the corridors inside the building also cause big questions, dirty carpets.
The room stock seems to be refreshed, but accommodation in a regular delux with 2 children is not convenient, there is not enough space, and you can't exactly call couches for children beds, but for some reason 8-9 square meters were given for the bathroom, it would be better to make a living room more.
In general, everyone liked the rest except for small things that you don't want to see in a luxury hotel. Despite all that has been written, I recommend visiting, BUT on condition that some kind of promotion or discounts from tour operators are valid for this hotel.

Great hotel!!! We have been in it since August 7, 2023, before departure, I read bad reviews and was afraid, since before that we had a rest in Belek in Voyage and Kaya Palacio golf. But!! The hotel is great, I'm not a picky person on the whole, maybe that's why I really liked everything.
The rooms are cleaned well, the bars are great cocktails, and there is great animation for both children and adults. There are a lot of places on the beach, maybe everyone hangs out by the pool, but pools are not very interesting to me. There is everything you need for a holiday with children. The staff is polite.
From the total that I read earlier:
Wi-Fi does not work well - it works fine in the room, but it catches so-so on the beach, and it does not catch in the restaurant. But personally, I didn't need it.
Towels by cards-well, this is very conditional, yes, they give you cards when you check in, in the morning when you go to the beach, towels are given by cards, but literally for a couple of hours, and then take yourself as much as you need and without cards.
I read that the air conditioner doesn't work well-it worked fine in our room, you set the temperature and everything works fine, as you need it.
Yes, the hotel has flaws, of course, but they are not very critical.
What was critical for me personally was the very cold water in the shower on the beach and by the pools. It is very difficult to rinse off after the sea, because it is cold, children cry when their parents take them to the shower.

We have been staying at this hotel since 15.08.
Everything is gorgeous, the service is at a very high level. Clean, well-groomed beach, territory. Rooms are cleaned daily: linen, towels, slippers are changed, plus daily hygiene supplies are replenished. The linen and the baby are snow-white, have a delicious aroma. They give out beach bags. When one beach bag broke, we left it in the room and changed it to a new one by default without asking. The minibar in the room is constantly replenished. Everything works flawlessly: air conditioning, plumbing. Deluxe room with sea view.
Buffet meals, everything fresh in abundance fish, meat, fruits, milk, chicarone children's menu. A huge selection.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality, friendliness, responsiveness, attention to detail!
Real relaxation is in this hotel. We will definitely come back here again.

We are currently vacationing at this hotel. The food upset me the most, it's disgusting:(I don't eat meat, and there are very few fish and seafood and everything is tasteless. The cherries were fermented several times. Even desserts and Turkish sweets are disgusting. In the main restaurant on the street, there is a terrible stench from frying all the time. Well, I was poisoned on the 3rd day of my stay and my rest is ruined, I'm lying in my room. One of the good things about the hotel is the pool, it's wonderful, especially the one with palm trees. I liked Pilates classes and the time was convenient. The shows are kind of unsuccessful and uninteresting, and they also have a broken air conditioning system and a stove is working in the center of the hall behind 4 rows and it is simply impossible to sit, like in a sauna and there is an unpleasant smell. I informed the staff about it 2 times, no one did anything. Terribly uncomfortable straw chairs at the show, I would like to put some soft pads, after the show the back falls off. The stupid opening hours of the water park are 10-12 and 14-16. It is impossible to get into it in time. It is necessary to increase the working time to 18. The sea is also covered in rocks and dirty. The sunbed area is small. The hotel grounds themselves are beautiful.

We were in Susesi in late May and early June 2023. I liked the hotel. The room was nice, cleaning, changing of towels and bath accessories were carried out every day. Even though I made the bed myself every morning, the maids still redid it after me. Once they even made a heart out of towels, swans, although there was no important date that day. Maybe they wanted a tip, I don't know. And on her daughter's birthday, the room was decorated with balloons, too, a heart and swans made of towels, a whole cake with champagne was brought.
The minibar (drinks, snacks for children) was replenished every day with even a margin.
The food is good. Children's menu, for vegetarians, diabetics. There was no seafood. Strawberries are made from seasonal fruits every day, but the watermelon was already at the end. Maybe the season was just beginning, I don't know. Desserts made my head spin, there were many types of baklava. But some of the cakes were so-so (in general, Turks do not know how to make delicious cakes, mostly dry ones). Freshly squeezed orange juice every morning. There were themed days at the restaurant. It's Italian, Mexican cuisine. The service at the hotel was excellent. They always came up, asked, brought what they needed and took away the empty dishes. The staff at the restaurant mostly spoke English. There was animation, they came up, invited everyone to various activities. But few people went. There were few people during our stay. Mostly Europeans were vacationing, the British were, the Turks. There were almost no Russians. The kids' mini club is great. A large team of animators entertained the children every day, in the evening there was a disco, performances with a clown. Somehow they wanted to organize a movie in Russian for children, but there were only 4 rooms in the entire Russian-speaking hotel. We met only 1 Russian family with children. Although there were few vacationers, evening shows were held every day. The territory is beautiful and well maintained. We didn't spend much time on the beach, it was windy and cloudy all the time. We were unlucky with the weather. That's why we hung out in the pool. There is 1 heated swimming pool outside, the rest were cold. There are 2 adult and 1 children's pools inside.

I spent two weeks at the hotel in February 2024. A 4+ star hotel. The staff is nice, friendly, good territory, good swimming pools, baths /hammam, there is a football field and a tennis court, a good fitness room with modern equipment.
The food is good, but not wow: soups and porridges are inedible. Regularly dorada / sea bass / salmon / beef in various forms, a good selection of sweets, but only the local Turkish delight, cakes and pastries are so-so: in our city bakery, sweets are much tastier.
The most convenient outlet in the room does not work. You have to ask for a mini-bar in the room at the reception, but this does not work as it should. In front of the main entrance there is a parking lot with cars, which negates the entourage from the arrival at the "five-star" hotel. Alcohol is not very good, as, however, almost everywhere in Turkey.
The Internet is a separate pain. It works with great interruptions, the coverage is poor: there is basically no network in the dining room. I had to work a lot and it got in the way a lot.
The hotel left a pleasant impression, but with reservations. The best thing I've experienced in two weeks is a regular swimming pool and baths.

30.07.2022 at the moment we are staying in hotels for 3 people (mom, dad, daughter 10 years old). She doesn't go to the nursery, it's great for kids. There are for teenagers , but they have been there since the age of 13. The disco is healthy, jumping and dancing. Paradise for children under 7 years old. The food is delicious, lots of meat, fish, ice cream, cakes. Mexican, Chinese, and various cuisines are served daily for dinner. The staff is friendly, there are 10,000 million people))) because the hotel is huge, it doesn't feel like it. There are also restaurants on site (Mexican and Chinese). Everything is great about the slides, the rescue guys are looking very carefully

An average hotel, or rather a good hotel, but the price is insanely overpriced. He is "tired", a lot of old furniture, broken tiles on the paths, moss and mold are found on the walls.
Of course there are advantages, but the disadvantages spoil everything. the restaurant is large, the selection is good, but, for example, there is no fresh seafood, a small selection of fruits (watermelon, strawberries and apples) - basically that's it. On the beach, the sand is conditional about 2-3 meters before and after entering the water - sharp pebbles. There are no umbrellas on the beach, only a communal awning.
We had a nice room in the main building with a sea view, the repair is excellent in the room, but the air conditioning is central, and the temperature does not change, it is always the same, no matter how much I try to switch it) a hair dryer is one name, it's funny that such a poor hair dryer hangs in such a hotel))
Friends had a family two-room The room is in the back of the hotel. The room was old and shabby.
But the children's area is cool, I liked the slides, mini disco and performances for children are cool!
The staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, ready to help, the rooms are well cleaned, the territory is neat and clean.
Pools for 5+!!! Big, clean ones! There are individual paid chalets, which certainly brightened up the rest) but there are no sun beds already at 8 am, everything is occupied with towels…
In general, the hotel is certainly not the worst, but we definitely will not return.

We had a family vacation from August 26 to September 7, the cost for 4 people is 460 rubles. The territory is large, well-groomed, sun beds on the beach and by the pool are always available, there is no fuss and excitement anywhere. The menu in restaurants and bars is thoughtful, everything is fresh and delicious. Pros: large territory, animation for children, good food. Cons: the hotel is not at all customer-oriented towards Russians, there is no service from the word "At All", you can stand in the bar and restaurant for 10 minutes, just wait, and the bartenders and waiters pretend that they do not see you, some Turkish woman / Turk or from another country will be right next to you, to them immediately They run up. I am ready to recommend this hotel for a vacation! Yes, there are disadvantages, or rather, one - the hotel needs renovation, in some places the shabby walls have greatly spoiled our first impression.
But the hotel has a lot of advantages:
+ despite the need for renovation, everything works fine in the room. I am especially pleased with the good water pressure in the shower, fast drain, no leaks
+ the hotel is located near the town of Belek, if desired, you can walk to a pharmacy, shops, cafes (walk about 3 km)
+ food. Very, very tasty! There is a themed dinner every evening. For every taste. There is a special table for vegans. There are for those who have problems with the gastrointestinal tract. There are all kinds of purees and juices for kids.
+ maintenance. I don't know about other reviews, but the room cleaning is excellent, the bed linen is changed every other day, towels every day. Sometimes funny figures are made of towels, yesterday they brought two bags of fragrant lavender. The waiters in the restaurant are fast and cheerful. They speak Russian - there are no problems. Just like in English. Guest relations greeted us on the first day so warmly that I was confused. I injured my hand on the tour, so they noticed, they asked if I needed ointment? By the way, there is also a doctor on site (for an additional fee).
+ the territory is quite large, there is a place to walk.
+ evening events. Well, yes, I can hear them. But at exactly 12 a.m. everything stops (last year we lived in a nearby hotel, so all programs are in order there until 2 a.m.). True, there are sometimes loud guests, but it's not the hotel's fault.
+ SPA. A good level of massage (I took a therapeutic massage, a massage therapist is a Ghoul). It's only expensive, there are places in Moscow where it's twice as cheap, and the level is no worse. But if you have the time, money and desire, I recommend going!
Good food, sea air, clean and pleasant room - what else do you need to relax?

We rested from 23.06 to 5.06. The sea is very dirty. The staff are unfriendly and not ready to help. But the most unpleasant thing is that the child and his grandmother got sick with salmonellosis. And the hotel doctor did not behave professionally and told the child with a temperature of 39.5, vomiting and diarrhea to go to his office. They got sick because of the poor quality of the food. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Therefore, I decided to come here again in 2022. And..... and briefly, dirt, queues at the restaurant, there are not enough staff, the quality of food and drinks is low. The rooms are cleaned daily, but the bed was changed for us only on the third day. The plumbing is old, with a heavy coating, the shower fell on us regularly.

We go to Belek every summer and "try" different hotels. We went to Susesi on the recommendation of friends. Two of us - me and a child of 8 years old. The room is standard with a sea view.
The overall impression is that the hotel is not bad, but highly overrated. Apparently, after paying 500 mowers for a vacation, it's already somehow unpleasant to feel that I bought bullshit, hence the enthusiastic reviews))) no better than other Belek hotels like Limak, Paloma, and Alva Donna. Calista, for example, is better, but costs the same.
The room was very small. The brochures mainly show photos of the private area of the hotel, where ordinary packages are not allowed. The food is acceptable, but not straight wow. The sun beds are uncomfortable, the water park is very modest.
Linen, towels, slippers, of course, are changed - well, they would not have changed! The territory is well-groomed, large, but also nothing special.
In general, there are more interesting options for this money)

Well, I'm just ashamed of them. Stripped corridors, door handles from the last decade, and the doors themselves, at the exit from the elevator, you are greeted by 2 padded grandmother's chairs, there is no rain shower in the room, there are cheap old faucets. The photos are very different from reality, dilapidated facades look out at you from the Window, and the view of the villas is more like a construction town. To be honest, I always thought that Turkey is famous for its high service, but this time it's not about that. It is best to live in the lake house or with a view of the lake house: quiet, cool breeze, you can sleep with an open balcony and not turn on the split system. The room cleaning is excellent, everything is disinfected. But be prepared that you will definitely have to wear a mask in the restaurant, elevator, and reception.
