I did not see a crowd of people standing on the threshold to make orders, as well as incessant calls to the institution's phone), given the fact that I made 500 rubles worth of orders in three days of this week.
The service needs to be tightened, otherwise you can lose all customers who are willing to pay.
I've already ordered sushi quite a few times, there are never any questions about them. Always delicious, fresh, lots of toppings. It's always a question for the girl taking the order. I am an understanding person, it happens that the day was not a success, a lot of orders, fatigue, but from time to time I constantly heard a dissatisfied and disinterested voice. There is no respect for the client, the intonation is as if you owe something to a person.
I understand that there is no competition here, but I don't want to order anymore. So all customers can be lost.
