Previously, I ordered sushi only here, then it deteriorated very much and I switched to other establishments.Today I decided to try again, I sent the order at 20:58 and it was delivered at 22:41)I waited for sushi for almost 2 hours and suppressed aggression in connection with the wait. Not a particularly pleasant girl who calls when confirming an order and whom I contacted about the delivery time.A hungry woman is bad and everyone knows it. I met the courier nicely and wanted to finally eat, but)the package is all wet from the inside, I would even say "sweaty" and the box too. I had sushi with a cheese cap, and due to the condition of the package and box, the sushi should have been at least not the temperature "from the refrigerator", well, at least lukewarm. out of 24 pieces of sushi and barely managed to master 6.the remaining 18 and 40 (almost) rubles flew into the trash. Thank you for the "wonderful" and literally long-awaited dinner.I will definitely not give your institution any more chances.

On January 25, returning home from a long-distance business trip, we made an order in advance (3.5 hours in advance for 20:00 pm), at 20:15 I called the delivery service, they said they would call back in a couple of minutes... no one called back...after 40 minutes, my husband began calling from his number and got through after another 10 min, to which the operator replied to him-wait!!! The question is, how much longer to wait? As a result, the order was delivered at 20:55, when I didn't even want to eat..This is the first time we have seen such delivery and service!! According to the product itself, it was concluded that no one in the city of Vitebsk knows how to make delicious sushi and rolls! And for a lot of money.So draw conclusions about the service in our city.

We ordered sushi from Sushi at Home First, the wait for delivery took more than two hours, which in itself is unacceptable. Secondly, and this is the most annoying thing, the sushi arrived cold and, apparently, not in the best condition. An error with the order, of course, happens, but the combination of delay and poor quality of the dish is completely unacceptable.I do not recommend it. Extremely disappointed.
