The waiter Arina did not want to sell beer to two guys (29 and 34 years old) without a passport. She didn't want to look at the passport scans on her phone, and she wasn't convinced by her wedding ring or birth certificate, which by chance turned out to be with her, too.
I had to go home to get my passport. Because there was only one passport, the beer was sold to only one and threatened with cameras. She took away the menu and did not appear again. They asked the hookah man to call her so that she would bring the menu. The second time I had to ask the hookah man to call her again when we had selected the dishes and were ready to place an order. The order was carried for a long time and it was already slightly warm. For 2 hours, no one from the waiters came up to us and took the empty plates, and in order to pay and leave, we had to run through all the halls and look for her.
If I were the owner of the place, I would fire her. If she was so threatened by cameras, then please look at her service through these cameras and take action.
But the hookah man was great! He kept coming up, changing the coals, lighting up. It is not difficult to leave a tip for such work

There were dirty dishes, crumbs on the tables were unpleasant and terrible to see. It's a pity even for one star..
