The dishes themselves are not bad, quite tasty (for one one star) and the prices are adequate (for this the second star). but! The service is terrible. Every time we come, it's a complete disappointment. The most dissatisfied employees at the checkout are sooo slow to cook (only soups and ready-made sushi sets are served quickly, since everything is already prepared). Today was a completely out of the ordinary case. We ordered a wok, we were told to wait 15 minutes. It was clear that the ready-made wok was placed for distribution in 10 minutes ... but there was no one at the checkout, the cook also left. That is, there was not a soul in the kitchen area or in the distribution area! One couple came up, stood at the cash register, turned around and left, because there was no one from the staff. After I shouted so that the whole food court could hear, a disgruntled girl came out of the back room and gave me my completely cold wok. To my questions, "why couldn't the finished dish be handed to me? And why did all the staff disappear?" instead of the elementary "sorry" followed by "how did I know that the dish was ready." 20 minutes of lost time, a spoiled mood and a cold lunch - thank you!
The administration and management, please review the staff, because it is because of them that there is no desire to come here.

For your money, delicious tom yam, offered to add a shrimp for extra money, 3₽ 30 gr (5 shrimp)
Friendly staff, they will always prompt and help with the choice of rolls.
Of course, people who want a lot of fish are surprised, but at the same time choose economical kits, try the Philadelphia kit, everything is there with fish, we take it for the family.

service: I didn't expect anything, but despite this, the girl at the checkout surprised me with her sour face and absolute laconicism. Do you keep them there for 24 hours or what?
by land: we took 2 sets: Django and Nemo. the fish is cut off 3 mm, the ability to cut fish in this institution can only be envied. nori sheets are stale, rubber. all rolls are dry and it is impossible to eat without pouring soy sauce over it all. there was no taste in fact.
but, the price is tolerable, if you really, really want to, then it will gobble up

Low price, huge amount of rice in rolls, almost complete absence of fish (the video shows the amazing thickness of the layer of red fish). It's better to make sets more expensive and improve the quality than to sell IT

We waited at the checkout for ten minutes until they came to take the order, the fork was literally thrown on a dirty tray (it is without individual packaging). Well, the sushi itself is visible from the photo ... although there seemed to be good options on the showcase, this turned out to be in the finished set. Obviously, I won't take anything else here, I took it on trial and was disappointed

Sushi is terrible — just rice. Instead of a piece of fish, there is some kind of film of fish that is not even felt during the meal.
Onigiri with salmon — I liked it.
The service sucks, I had to wait 5 minutes to leave an order. There was no queue at the same time…
