Today was a completely out of the ordinary case. We ordered a wok, we were told to wait 15 minutes. It was clear that the ready-made wok was placed for distribution in 10 minutes ... but there was no one at the checkout, the cook also left. That is, there was not a soul in the kitchen area or in the distribution area! One couple came up, stood at the cash register, turned around and left, because there was no one from the staff. After I shouted so that the whole food court could hear, a disgruntled girl came out of the back room and gave me my completely cold wok. To my questions, "why couldn't the finished dish be handed to me? And why did all the staff disappear?" instead of the elementary "sorry" followed by "how did I know that the dish was ready." 20 minutes of lost time, a spoiled mood and a cold lunch - thank you!
