There is no information about what is put in the order at all. How are we supposed to understand that they don't put anything in this rest? Support unsubscribed in the following words: "you're not supposed to have anything attached to this order." Which one is it supposed to be? The first time I encountered such terrible service, there was almost no filling, the tempura was in terrible condition, everything was ruined, in oil, some fish was cooked, some were not.
When I called support, they offered to replace the bad rolls, then the administrator called separately, asked for a photo, and after that she unsubscribed that everything was done correctly and it was written on their website that sushi might differ in appearance.

The color of the algae is not black, but some kind of pale gray, as if the roll itself had been lying for God knows how long. And the rice is normal. It's just an impossible smell, like in a fish factory. Has your supplier changed? The rest of the components are without complaints.
Please pay attention to this. To be honest, we were afraid for the freshness of the product, until we realized that such an unpleasant smell was from the leaves.
