We ordered delivery, called back within three minutes, said what was missing, changed it and indicated that the delivery would arrive WITHIN two hours.
Two hours later, we call back, say that our delivery has not arrived yet, we are told that the courier has left a long time ago (which has already alerted us) and should arrive soon, they also said that they will now call the courier back and clarify.
No one personally called us back, said nothing, we dialed ourselves, asked where our courier was, to which the girl replied very "kindly" that she had already said that the courier should arrive within a few minutes. But having to come and coming are two different things, aren't they?
Okay, let's put it down.
We decided to try a new place for ourselves - I really didn't like it. The rolls are falling apart, they look bad and tasteless. This is the worst story in Grodno for me right now. There is an assumption that it depends on the change of chefs, but this is not an excuse, especially for this cost. It will be easier, more profitable and tastier to buy in a hypermarket. The attachment contains a photo of what came and a screenshot from the site menu of how it should look. They took it through delivery, I do not recommend it
I ordered a cream-based Ogonek set.
Why write that a set of toppings is included???!!! I did not specifically order toppings, as it is prescribed that they are included in the set!
As a result, the rolls arrived without a side dish, the mood from the evening is spoiled, how can they be eaten without soy sauce? Why write one thing if in fact it turns out to be another???
Called to resolve the situation, to which the girl began to prove that no topings were included in the set, then said that she would clarify with the director and did not call back!!!
