We decided to try a new place for ourselves - I really didn't like it. The rolls are falling apart, they look bad and tasteless. This is the worst story in Grodno for me right now. There is an assumption that it depends on the change of chefs, but this is not an excuse, especially for this cost. It will be easier, more profitable and tastier to buy in a hypermarket. I praised it, made an order for 145p.+-, first they called me from kletsky, they figured out which administrator told me that the promotional set could be ordered for delivery, it turns out there is one institution, but depending on its location - different delivery conditions, I re-ordered for Karl Marx, I indicated everything exactly to the administrator (who still wanted me to attribute paid delivery when the application showed that it was free) I asked to SIGN the boxes, the names of the sets (it's not difficult, is it?))) So that we don't look for whose set, do you think you signed? Figs was there, okay, we figured it out in half, it's half the trouble, we were 40 minutes late, we didn't warn, nothing, when I called to figure it out, the girl blamed the courier, although it's the ADMINISTRATORS who distribute the order of sending deliveries, and according to the courier- he was sent to an address next to us, then to another the end of the city and then only to us, although we had a pre-order for 6 hours, and for a certain time, i.e. the administrator knew that she would have to take orders to one area and still divided them, apologized and did not even offer banal discounts or something else (I do not need it, but only out of an attempt to keep the customer, she could have done it), the fish in Philadelphia was very fresh, but overall the rolls were not bad. For this order, if it were possible to put 0, only the previous order saves and not the poor quality of the rolls in this order. I give the administrator, Karl Marx, 0 stars separately, I worked as an administrator in catering, and my words were not from the air, I did not scream and said everything in fact, I'm sorry that they did not take a client-oriented person, or simply could not teach it. To the team that decides to "laugh" from this review - a separate greeting. It's not the first day we've been living. Hopefully, over time, the restaurant will learn to at least call and warn about the courier's lateness, and will fulfill the client's SMALL requests, well, and teach the staff to be more customer-oriented.

Hello. We ordered sushi delivery. We waited for 3 hours !!! (The time of the order and delivery can be seen on the receipt, see the photo). The order was delivered cold. They didn't even apologize. The crown of everything is an offer to go down and pick up the order (delivery is paid additionally, by the way) On the website, the weight of the pure product of our set (without packaging) is 910 g. In fact, even with the packaging, the weight is less! (see the photo.) We are loyal, adequate, not harmful people. But today we were really spoiled by the mood.
