To which a normal question arose, why was this not the case in previous times. They replied that it had always been like this (they ordered from September to October-it was not). Then they said that apparently another administrator made a mistake. We talked quite calmly and clearly, on the other hand - lazy answers: go to the site and read, and so on. As a result, the administrator decided to block the number.
Today they called from another number, picked it up, thank you (the other one is still in the block, there is a constant reset).
When asked why in the block, they gave the answer that we do not put it. When they argued that they had been picked up from another number, they finally admitted that they were putting on particularly scandalous ones (although I did not raise my voice, I did not use obscene language). I said that at a different address, the girl speaks culturally, immediately specifies the nuances, to which the super-administrator replied to me - well, place an order there. I will note that today, as last time, she spoke in a calm tone.
Please resolve the situation with the customer service administrator, and not be lazy and send to other establishments.

The chopsticks were not put in the order and it is not mentioned anywhere on the site, toppings are not included, they also did not warn about this when confirming, but at least they asked if they should add an additional portion, they did not warn about the waiting time.
The rolls taste normal, but half of the filling feels like they were eaten while cooking, the fish were obviously greedy like everything else.
In general, it will go for a snack according to the promotion, but I would not order more from here on an ongoing basis.
