We will not buy sushi here anymore. In the evening, we go hungry home, on the way to novamol, we ordered sushi through the website. We went to the "reception" and talked about the situation that the SMS confirmation did not arrive, look at our order, etc.). The attitude was positional, we were ready to wait and go to the grocery store for a while. But after the attitude of the girl at the checkout, they left us and asked us to cancel the order. I understand that it's the end of the day, everyone is tired, but as a client it shouldn't bother me, we are also tired after a working day. With an unpleasant look, the girl informed us that our order was not available. Then she said that after 10 minutes they would not accept orders at all (why do we need this information at all if we ordered online 15 minutes ago, and even if our order is not there, we immediately wanted to order and not wait 10 minutes for the order). We ordered a set. They were picked up by pickup. The sushi was not tasty, it was falling apart. The rice is not boiled, the fish has a strange taste, and the shrimp were generally tasteless. I do not recommend it.
