Absolutely everything needs to be improved. The quality of the food is not bad (I used to eat here), but it is definitely something that can be improved and even needed. But apart from that, nothing positive can be said. Since there is absolutely NO service! Many people can probably wait a long time for their order when they arrive at the TIME SET by the COMPANY. When you arrive at the conditional 16:00 and it is indicated everywhere that the order must be ready by this time. And you can just be made to wait at least half an hour and if you're lucky. The question is, who is to blame? All. And it's not about any particular person. And in the whole network. Failures happen, but not so often, and people try to think about their mistakes. And if they make a person wait for their order, then they give it away for free. Where is this done? In civilized countries. Naturally, such a service will not be available in Ukraine. Who in our country wants to pay for pizza if the deliveryman did not make it on time (I mean, which of the managers wants to pay).... and rightly so, no one. More precisely, it is not correct. But who are we telling this to? People who will only talk sweetly and smile, answer "of course we are to blame, but ..."....the so-called "working with objections"...awesome. But people waste time - it's not a replenishable resource. So I wish you to close up as soon as possible.
