On November 30, we ordered at 6 pm for delivery. We waited for 2 hours. At first, the operator said that our order was mixed up. Then we waited another hour and the call center just stopped receiving our calls or stupidly dropped them. At the same time, we had guests and it looked very unpleasant. Thank you for having a Japanese mom next to us, who helped us out and quickly prepared the order. The way you did it was unprofessional.

This is very inconvenient! And even after downloading the necessary program, installing a special application, you cannot read the composition of the dishes. It's tiny! There is no way to increase it! It's all stress and buying a pig in a poke. The waiter saved me. And according to his answers and advice, it became clear that we were not the first to have difficulties. The approach to the cafe with a stroller is hampered by endless paved asphalt and steps. But it's not the cafe's fault. In general, an atmospheric place, they cook quickly, the tea is delicious!
