We bought sushi here (vegetarian, since they use tofu cheese and mini-rolls), and upon arrival home we found cottage cheese instead of tofu in the composition of vegetarian sushi. They called the institution, they said that they had confused the type of sushi and there was nothing wrong with that. The mini rolls with avocado also had caviar. The evening is ruined.
If vegans ever come to Bobruisk, then it's better to eat fruits, and avoid this place
For the establishment: tell your sushi people in 2020 who vegans are and how tofu differs from regular cheese

Sushi is delicious, only sauces for one set of XXL only one jar was put. The set weighs more than a kilogram and one jar of sauce. I bought sushi shop sets in Russia, and they definitely put more than one jar of sauce there.
