We made an order for 3130 rubles. It was delivered for a fee, OK, we agree. Two sets, two pizzas, three portions of chuka salads and two udons, one with cheese, the second was supposed to be with chicken and vegetables, but we couldn't taste it. They just didn't put it in our order. We called, the guy says yes, forgot to report. That's all... No apologies, no offers to correct this misunderstanding, nothing at all, zero!!! This is the first time I've come across this, so it means how to take delivery, so in the first rows, but how to return 150 rubles, no. They cheated on 150 rubles. In a normal institution, they would have brought it at their own expense, so as not to lose their reputation, but here they did not even bother to apologize! Not solid for an organization! Shame on them! By the way, the pizzas were prepared too economically, one of them was with chicken, but none! we didn't find a piece) from greed and the taste turned out terrible.
