This is not Japanese or Asian cuisine, and the main ingredients for cooking original dishes are not used here. The soy sauce for the rolls was transparent (diluted or of the lowest quality). Soba with chicken is bland, in this dish, except soy sauce (very little) and sesame seeds, nothing was used (rice vinegar / mirin / sesame oil, oyster and (or) fish sauce and other spices, or ready-made teriyaki sauce ...) - overcooked noodles... But the biggest disappointment was Tom yam in a special performance, of course it was written in the menu that it was PUMPKIN, but no one expected it to be pumpkin porridge... But the rice was brought, to the pumpkin ABSOLUTELY FRESH AND NOT AT ALL SPICY PORRIDGE, RICE! Why call the dish tom yam if there are only two shrimp in it from the original soup? THERE SHOULD BE AT LEAST TOM YAM PASTE IN THAT PIT (if it is not possible to cook Lemongrass broth)! And from the "Japanese" beer - Baltic Dragon... If you want food similar to Asian, this place is definitely not the same, a homemade variation of Asian dishes is no more. (P.S. In the photo, I threw wasabi into the soup to feel at least some taste)
